    Appreciate the heads up about talking over ADA. It was an editing mistake. I deleted out a segment and the audio did not shift as intended. Will be sure to be more diligent about it moving forward.

    I love your style of video, very relaxed, and at the same time very informative and entertaining. You talking above ADA is quite hard to understand for me, I would suggest to either lower her volume while you are talking, or avoid the overlap alltogether. Looking forward to the next episode!

    • @Scalti
      @Scalti  Месяц назад +8

      Yeah... that was an editing mistake. Sorry! I had cut a segment out and didn't realize the audio alignment of commentary to video shifted so much.

      @Warp9pnt9 Месяц назад +3

      This was the biggest area for improvement for sure. Either cut ADA out, lower her volume, mute entirely, or let her speak occasionally. We'll all have the chance to hear her while playing. But watching many content creators' SF vids back to back in a day, it gets monotonous hearing ADA say the same things. We come to hear the creators' voices (or not, if a silent creator).

      Yeah, I came here for the same reason. At least for non native English speaker is hard to understand with the voice olverapped.
      Anyway, ur are doing one of the best RUclips content, no just in satisfactory community, and ur understanding of aesthetic is stunning.
      Keep rocking!

Dressed it up a bit more thanks to all the new (ish) cosmetics we have in 1.0. But it's still makes for gorgeous, functional and efficient purpose-built factories.

    Great music and good subtle voice. But, when ADA talks and you talk and with the music playing, it gets quite muddy and difficult to understand what you're saying.

    Scalti if you want early ticket point sink SAM it sinks for 20 ea with a constructor you can convert it into reanimated SAM that sinks for 150 ea. so plz do t sink parts u get from crash sites. Save/use em for MAM research. I assure you once you get the dimension depot, you will love it and definitely get the manual upload upgrade ASAP

    @scalti I can't figure out how you're making the concrete foundation such a bright white? When I change the colour to #FFFFFF white (and tried matte/shiny too) it still seems to remain the dirty grey colour for me. What am I doing wrong here?!

    I really enjoy your content, but I am someone who struggles to pick out what someone is saying if there are 2 or more voices at roughly the same volume at the same time. I was really struggling to hear what you were saying when the ingame ADA was giving her announcements.

    Honestly this game would be great but very limited blueprint usage makes me very frustrated. Blueprint designer is unlocked pretty late in the game, but even then looks like I cant copy and paste existing setups, have to remake it to save, very sad and limiting. Compare it to Factorio when you can use blueprints from start as a placeholders..

    Some feedback - maybe switch off Ada talking? Or don’t talk over her. Use subtle ducking on your narration. Oh and as an aside, I didn’t bother setting up automation for plates / rotors, I hand crafted / assembled my way to unlocking coal power first. Then I could relax and start cleaning up my mess 😂

    So hello Scalti 🙋‍♂️🫡🫶 Thank you for your satisfactory videos. They have always been an eye opener for me. I even shared them with others. They have influenced my building designs. That being said I do want to add commentary to your videos and I hope that's alright. I'm giving suggestions not trying to back seat you. It's your game you do you.
    First off as far as your videos goes. I don't mind watching a longer one. If there's something that I find that I don't want to watch I could always fast forward. Maybe you could upload the raw ones as well.
    Second there's some stuff that i think should be an even higher priority like getting obstacle clearing asap to get solid biofuel soonest. Some of what I suggest in the short term might be a mild inconvenience but will give a bigger divided. Getting it and then the biofuel burners would make for a solid power foundation. The point of which was to have the least power hassles.
    Third and also a high priority is getting the MAM asap. While you have done that you could have gotten it even earlier. I think that you are trying to manipulate the hard drives to limit the amount of recipes howeverit would have limited them even more. Also if it was almost the first one that you went for you might have had the better gear like those free runners you got faster. Also other items like the rebar gun, im not sure if you could have gotten the xeno basher earlier because it's been a while since I last played. Pc dead.
    You already had some mercer spheres. You said that you knew where the sam ore was. This could have started to speed things up for you because you could start setting the uploads for each component. I acknowledge that you might be limited in the number of spheres you have but still something is better than nothing and you would find them in your exploration. It would just make building faster and smoother. If you treated the uploder like you treated the craft, equipment and Mam. That is you carried the materials to craft them around with you. Then when your inventory was getting uncomfortably full you could do a quick upload and if you have what you need to craft them already uploaded then you're in an even better place.
    Fourth. In these 2 episodes one of the things I have learned is that sneaking can help you to ninja eliminate the hatchlings. I never knew that was possible! Ty for showing that! I look forward to your next episode.
    Last thing im on a tablet so it's not easy to get everything across. Plus it would be easier by voice. I'm not suggesting that we get on voice. Just that i'm not 100 percent sure if I put all of my ideas forward because of the limitations of the format. I did it to the best of my ability.
    Ok one other thought. Is the smart mod still active? Iirc the samm still has to update so it can't until it does. I am just hoping that it is.
