I'm aspiring to become a real estate agent. Trying to gather more data before I begin. I'm tired of watching videos of people taking forever to get to the point. But you delivered what you needed to say quickly and it was easy to understand. Loved the video, thanks for the help.

There are so many investment out there but if profits must be considered stock trading has a higher profit rate. It’s amazing how trader grow their portfolio over the years with little investment.

I agree with you Amber, trading stocks gave me my first million, although it wasn’t all smooth I’ve had series’s of failed trades until recent years with FA Frost Hilda handling my trades, I’ve earned huge profits I never could’ve imagine in a short time. @@elseyang7267 Frost has been handling my trades for 3 years now, In my first 5 months I received a trade profit of $124,000 and he earned me that with an investment of $25,000. I had no doubt investing more and it paid more over the years in millions.

Learning about real estate right now, most of the videos on youtube tell you general common sense things like "the harder you work, the more money you will make', but none of them give ACTUAL advice. Hey Tom, I'm a tv reporter in SC, originally from Philadelphia. I'm looking to get me RE license in the next couple months after I take a few online courses (still debating between residential and commercial). Anyway, this is very useful information. I especially like from 6:30 to 8:00.
As for +WHYWHYWHY 's comment, you have to be able to talk fast, it shows confidence. And use your hands so customers don't fall asleep listening to you.
As a reporter, you have to be animated because, bottom line, it sells. You have to master all of these little things to make big things happen. Imagine convincing a camera-shy person to agree to talk on camera. You have to be able to sell salt to a slug, period. Well done, Tom. Nice video.

I think the request for feedback came from feeling something was left out, perhaps: each one of these line items is a ~habit~ which must be layered into your daily routine. Since psychologists have found habits require 14-30 days to "take" and we all know trying to adopt too much change at once often backfires, it might be best to bring each one of these tactics (affirmations, rehearsals, cold calling, etc) in every two weeks in a layered fashion. This video is a fantastic overview of how the components of success are known and proven and possible - realistic integration is the next step. Thanks Tom and crew for more free growth-inspiring content!

Great video brother. You see, my son is new to the business and I've been in it forEVER! Right now we are both in a slow motion time in our business. I needed this. Time to get back on the phones.
FEEDBACK: I don't think you need to change anything. You see, I can't watch most videos if they are longer than 5 minutes, but I often find myself listening to your 10-15 minute videos 3 or 4 times and taking notes. That's because 1. you are super high energy and 2. you know what you are talking about and 3. you provide information that is relevant to my growth.
Keep up the good work Tom. God bless. High five the boys for me. My daughter loves watching you and mimicking you. LOL.

I thought i was going to have to do like 100 houses a year to make money... Then after watching some of your interviews i realized most agents only do 1-20 Houses their first year in business. Which is about 2 a month. Made me realize If I run the numbers I only actually need to sell 12 homes my first year to replace my income.. anything after that is bonus. Thanks... I just subscribed. You are a little bit spaztic.. but thats a compliment from me because I am too. We are the ones that aren't boring at parties :)

Great plan! This video was very helpful and gives me a great idea about how to start my career in Real Estate. It's hard to pin down a good way to start in this business, especially when you haven't passed the exam yet and so the great unknown is very intimidating. This is perfect and just what I was looking for.

One question, How do you get the phone numbers to the expired listings? The agents don't put them in the MLS.

Can you think of a few times back as a new agent you had a bit of anxiety in a deal and how you overcame that? If you already have a video that covers that feel free to post the link.
You have a personality that makes even E.F. Hutton listen. A positive expert. Bravo! Thanks in Advance!

My Broker sent this to me. I really like your energy. Your information makes so much sense when when it's listed (like you have done).
I've been a Realtor for four years. I left for a year to help a friend run his office. I gave away all of my contacts to other realtors while I was out of the game. So, I'm basically starting new again.
