This is Great! As a new agent (March 2017) I can’t wait to implement this script. I watched another of your videos and you spoke about Real Estate being a lonely business and I couldn’t agree more. As an independent agent it is tough getting in there and getting in the grove of things. 8 mos and I haven’t had ANY “action”, but I REFUSE to be amongst the agents to throw in the towel. I will be up to my neck in Tom Ferry tutorials, you come Highly recommended. Thanks again!

This can easily be tweaked for recruiting too. Since they may be asking because they are thinking about entering the profession. This is very powerful!

I get asked this question all the time too, my answer was "well, that depends, are you looking to buy or sell? and that is as far as my script went, this one (TF) goes deeper into acquiring a lead. I am going to start using this script every time from now on. Great Content
Right now I work in IT. I am considering real estate though. Every time I interview for a job, I ask them pointed questions because I want to show my client how I can best help them. It has generated some fun conversations and interesting work. I think your approach here would be a lot of fun to implement in real estate!

They wouldn’t even give you their email and cellphone as you’re still a stranger. Regardless you wear your badge or you look busier than anyone in the room. But I will still use this script as this is the common question being ask in gatherings or by your spheres.
