Great workout, no BS, just the work. Stumbled across you after weirdly seeing you beast Lucy Davies. I think that's her surname. Respect to you and all serving and ex-serving personnel
Good thing about this video for me is that is pushes me past my limits, just when i would usually give up he tells me to keep up and stop making wimpy sounds 😂😂. Great vid!
You’re welcome bro, will film a couple more over the next few weeks mate 👊🏼

New Dad. 34 year old. Been doing plenty of BW training out of necessity. Want to improve! 2 questions please: *Obviously I am not planning to join Royal Marines! - can I add squats/lunges in for the legs? *What are the maximum standards for the 3 exercises candidates are assessed on (minimum is not the RM way I am sure!) Thanks Ed
Right now im the most unfit i have been in ages i need to lose roughly 15 kg to be at 85 kg maybe and turn my fat into mucsle im about 186cm so 2cm off of 6’2 im gonna be 18 in august and would like to enroll into the royal marines how long do you think it would take me to get back into shape and increase stamina before enrolling i have a lot of drive and do not give up Can you help advise me on how to get back into shape please (Please get back to me) thankyou 🫡❤
take it from an ex RM....the average RM doesn't need much to get started. if you want it bad enough. have discipline and go get it bro. bootnecks are not average joes. all the best!

Great workout. I love quick simple workouts that include pull ups. This is my new go to when I need to get something hard done quick. Thank you.

Class mate, let me know how you get on
I am curious are the knees meant to be apart or together? :)
for sit ups your knees and feet must be together
