happy holidays ho! atty ang lupa ay nka cadastral survey record sa lolo namin noong 1965 bale 20ha mahigit . nagiisang anak ho ang father namin at noong 1971 naibenta ho ng father namin ang nasa 17ha ngunit sinakop na ho lahat ng mga tao ang natitirang lupa . bilang tagapagmana paano ho namin ma establish ang rights namin doon sa natitirang 3ha pa. gayong sila na ang nkposition at nagbayad ng amilyar mula noong 1970 hanggang ngayon 2022. un regestered ho ang lupa nka cadastro sa lolo namin .

May dalawa po akong concerned issues over land dispute: una po may lupa po kaming sinasaka for 20 years.. ang lupa po ay un-titled pero po magka iba ang mga pangalan ng Survey Claimant at Tax Declarant kung saan both ay hinde naman po nakilala ng komunidad na nag saka po sa nasabing lote. As actual Tiller for 20 years, ano po ang karapatan namin over them?

Just a question po if issuance of barangay certificate for land buying is valid? No title, no tax decs or rights.
If the contents of the "Baranangay certificate" is in the nature of Deed of sale, and the seller and property are legit and actual payment is received by the seller , the sale between the seller and the buyer is presumed valid even in the absence of title and tax declaration certificate.
