I find peace by calling a familiar voice by phone, and just talk to them for hours. Sometimes, I don't talk, I just hear the background noise and feel the virtual comfort that I'm not alone.

i find peace in watching the stars at night and just thinking about it all...
My brother has recently gotten into Rhett and Link on youtube, and this chick named Meekakitty was in a video of theirs. Clicked on her link, she led me to zefrank1, where Rain Wilson was in a video, and led me to SoulPancake. My point is, I had no idea how big and helpful and wonderfully awesome youtube could really be. Thank you to all the you tubers out there, from those videos that taught me how to play ukulele to the videos that really dig into why life sucks and how to make the best of it.
Exercise seems to help me find some clarity (swimming in particular). Also birdwatching- as in watching a bird do its thing, as opposed to bird IDing, which kind of stresses me out- is good for gaining a little perspective.
I make RUclips videos to calm myself. Making a video and then having people take their time to enjoy your work is really fun! Filming is always a good time, and it is nice knowing that you actually made something. That is why I also do art and write a lot! :D
I find peace when I am listening to 1D or at Disneyland or swimming in the ocean playing at the beach! Love those things!
I think art is one of the things that can make our life more peaceful. I like to draw when I feel stressed, listen to music or both of them! In other way I prefer to be surrounded by nature to keep myself in a good mood.

Interesting, it's possible. Maybe we feel like, as you said, we have to give reason to every decision we have made in our life to feel like we haven't somehow made a horrendous mistake in life, that is...sadly sometimes, irrevocable...thus we make reason of it all by labeling it as having some positive meaning to it. I'm a big believer of thinking that shit just happens sometimes, whether good or bad. Also the definition of good and bad alone is vague and independent from person to person.

I spend less time thinking and focusing on me,and more time listening to the needs of others,because we have 2 ears and 1 mouth,and we should use them accordingly.We live in a me me me world,for the time being.
Reading a good fantasy book, it helps me distance myself from whatever is bothering me and allows me to cool off and start over/re-evaluate the situation so that I can better deal with it. Sadly there are periods where I cant seem to find anything "good" to read and those are the most stressful days,weeks or months

I find peace when I read troubled or semi-troubled authors like Jack Kerouac and T.S. Eliot. Peace is kindred.
It sounds weird but I ACTUALLY have never seen a celebrity that thinks like her when thinking about the right or wrong choice
