Do you work on the 3 elements of singing in your practice or do you forget?
Won't going through the Victorious Vocal exercises on a daily basis address those 3 elements? thanks for all you do
Victoria's Victorious Vocal Exercise Program has hundreds of options for the basic exercises. It is self-directed, so singers have tons of options. Yes, the exercise options cover the 3 Elements. 🙂
One thing I notice ppl who haven’t studied singing don’t think about: dynamics. The highs and lows, the shortness and length of the notes, the way they come together. It’s important for making those emotive movements, how things play together.
Yes, that is the difference between being an artist and just making pretty sounds. I talk about that a lot! I have a video on dynamics and a playlist on How to Sing Like a Pro.
Pitch too got to be on that note
Pitch falls under Phonation because it happens at the vocal folds. ☺️
@@Victoria-Victorious And resonance influences it at the margin as well, because the shape of our vocal tract influences what overtones get produced and amplified and thus our perception of the overall pitch.
@@joshdaniels2363Of course! That’s why I always say, “Everything in singing works together”. Thus we have the 3 Elements of Singing. 😊
@@Victoria-Victorious absolutely right. Your basic point stands here: pitch is a result, not an element of, your technique.
I wanna learn so bad, I’ve been practicing but see very little progress, im just now sure how to add emotion too my vocals
