Ingredients
[7 cups, paper cup size: 40mm base, 35mm wall (cup size No:10)]
(A)
1. 40g ( 1/4 cup ) Melted butter
2. 45g ( 1/4 cup full ) Cake flour
3. 1/4 tsp Baking powder
4. A pinch of salt
5. 20ml Milk
6. 15ml Fresh carrot juice
7. 2 Egg yolks
8. 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
9. 20g ( 2 tbsps ) Shredded carrot
(B)
1. 2 Egg whites
2. 35g ( 3 tbsps ) Caster sugar
(C)
1. 2 slices Cheddar cheese (cutted into small portion)
Just a cup of water steam baking in preheated 130°C ~ 150°C oven for 30 ~ 35 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. Хобби

Hi, If you don't have carrot juice, you may just fully use milk, but with the fresh carrot juice your cake definitely have much more fresh & natural taste.
