I know what you mean, people are so disingenuous these days about videos like that. I uploaded a REAL satisfying videos compilation on my own channel if you wanna give it a peek, I hope you like it, lots of stuff like this.
Wow, I did not knew we have LEGO factory in our country, nice :) Its weird contrast tho to need so much so big heavy machinery to produce those light tiny pieces.
I don't often normally comment or make comments but I agree with tedious the whole video is assembly processes and yet the title does indeed say moulding factory now correct me if I'm wrong but the definition of moulding is moulding the component from the raw component material still a great video keep the good work love your channel watched it since it started
Tedious Totoro this is part of that factory this is just later on the assembly line they can’t show everything because trade secrets r something probably
I believe that is for the machines to recognize the front of torso to make sure it's printing and assembling on the correct side, especially when torso has back printing.
Explain to me why it has to be expensive if almost a LEGO set is done in a few minutes ???? I won't even have a Christmas gift because it's so expensive
Finally, one of those 'satisfying videos,' that's actually satisfying to watch!

cool video! i love the LEGO minifigures! you can see how one lost their hand 7:05
Amazing what the minifig on your desk went through to look the way it does. Very interesting video! Thanks for sharing :)
I had always wondered how they printed onto the molds. It seems so obvious now, but I was so curious about that as a kid.
Pad printing??
The machine is built by AAE Helmond, the Netherlands. Recently had an excursion there, very impressive tech.
Watching this is as good as watching a GBC machine made out of lego. The automation is amazing.
I just read "Lego Minifig factory and thought someone made a moc factory that assembled minifigs
How do they design and build these astonishing machines to create little figures. Amazing. Imagine the maintenance required as well.
"There are fields, Neo, endless fields where human beings are no longer born...we are grown."
8:08 why i see a old head piece? The one with the red hair.
I can't start to imagine how much factory LEGO has
A lot of work is being made just for us to enjoy designing!
1:39 perfectly timed

7:04 so that’s where my minifigure hand went...
Amazing factory
Hey how about a GHC (Great head contraption), they seem to roll pretty well.
7:05 the hand was placed wrong. It dit not go in the arm.
I noticed that as well, I was hoping they would show a machine that checks for that later down the line and rejects it.
@@deathtoad88 yes indeed
Wow, yeah. I wonder how often that happens?
@@melon9596 jah me to
@@melon9596 "I wonder how often THat happens?" = 7:00 GOTO -> Does the #18 jump up and down?
Simply mesmerizing
I love watching shaker bowls. It's amazing they can get all the parts oriented the same way. Why do they print a dog in the necks?
why the black thing on the neck? so that the machine can distinguise front from back?

Fantastic video
Isn’t it so interesting to know that when you unbox a LEGO set, all the pieces that fall out went through 100 different machines like that?
Wow that is amazing to me
imagine the same video but with clone troopers as subjects
"Magnificent, aren't they?"
200.000 units are ready with a million more well on the way
Actually satisfyingly nice
Amazing video!
Amazing it's hypnotic !
Awesome! 😎
The title says Moulding Factory but the video only show printing and assembly
Tedious Totoro this is part of that factory this is just later on the assembly line they can’t show everything because trade secrets r something probably
Two-Face they’ve shown lego molds before, no secret.
lol there's no secret to injection molding plastic
@@two-face1041 then re title the video then , this is not MOULDING.
Awesome vid
imagine the army of lego guys you could make with those parts!
Impressive this is !!
Keep up the great work
Great video
This is so cool
Very cool
Don’t mind me I’ll just pick up one of those bins and leave hehe
I’ve always wanted a bin of LEGO legs too!
Yep and make a bank on eBay
When people ask why is Lego so expensive? This video.
This is assembling factory, wheres the moulding part?
That's what I was wondering!
Clone trooper factory
I would have loved to see some of that in slow motion. The machines are too quick to see exactly what they are doing.
Penster use playback speed u dingusth
🙂
*INTERESTING*
Where is the black hands and heads?
Why do they print that black square onto the front of the "neck"?
Why is there printing on the neck piece of most torsos? Is it a friction thing?
I believe that is for the machines to recognize the front of torso to make sure it's printing and assembling on the correct side, especially when torso has back printing.
So I can get this on eBay then right?
7:02, one hand missed, hope the quality controller find it later
Everthing is awesome,....
when was this video filmed? I see 501st torsos! :O
Awesome
So cool
amazing !!!
What does the display at the end show? What they are currently making?
You didn't show how the legs are put together, or how the arms are put on :(
Still a very very cool process though, love those machines
6:33 Me and the boys dancing at a party be like
its like printing money
Each Minifigure seems special, until you see a bin full of them.
Anybody know what the point of painting the "neck" on the torso with a little square?
The video gives the answer at 6:03 to 6:05. The neck marking is for orientation purpose in the assembly machine.
GOTO: 1:40... Why does the program jump THere?
If I ever get rich imma but some of these machines to make legos
WOW😱
Where is the factory located.
what company made this machine?
I know the assembly machine of torso, arms and hands and legs are a danish company called PJM
It's real lego minifigs or not?
I just want one box.
Cool
It is very interested who lego is made
7:06 hand error XD
7:05 my chance in life
What do i need too do to work there?
Explain to me why it has to be expensive if almost a LEGO set is done in a few minutes ????
I won't even have a Christmas gift because it's so expensive
Because of how high quality LEGO is.
Hey LEGO, error at 7:04.
GOTO -> 4:07 >> Clean pass !== mistake.
r/EngineeringPorn and r/lego at the same time how could we resist
1:27 I thought minifigures stopped having these?
Idk
Coool
7:05 fail !
I want to work there lol
Would it be cool if they put lego workers minifigures on those machines hehehehe
All that just so I could play with a star wars droid
4:18 why can’t I see what face looks like
終盤のコレクション展がサイコ感あって草
Вы Задумывались Зачем делают на торсах такие чёрные штуки на шеях
This isn't even moulding it's printing lol
I wanna see it with droids lol
Dang.
How Lego making machines are not made out of Legos? I'm disappointed, Lego.
7:05 a
lego population will overtake world
why my gf told me she will give me a thing i want most but instead of lego german waffen ss factory she took off her shirt ?
