They won't replace the manufacturing defect product.

But no support from Sanitorium (Tambaram) service centre. It was a difficult situation to take the jawa to the service centre, I struggled for 3 hrs pushing the Jawa and atlast service centre told me to put in the load and bring it to the service centre, and it was challenging for me to find a load auto and they charged me more for just 5 Kms. After I reached the service centre I got it serviced after 3 days, but I addressed to fix the another problem also (Bike is swithching off while in running) , whcih they have not able to fix it. Local mechanics cannot do service for Jawa.
