Such a great Scooter. Great design, great function. So easy to use, operate, charge. Feels like the tyres could do 5,000km. ... I have done nearly 150km on my scooter, and it is like brand new. Yes it's heavy. But there are ramps and lifts everywhere in Australia, to cater for the disabled. Mine is rarely folded down...
In fact, you were conned by Xiaomi because they were using the raised fund from crowdfunding for so called "Limited Edition" to ease their strained cashflow in operation. This method of funfing is better than bank loan for interest-free.
A really good explanation at the beginning. I initially supported the campaign and ended up cancelling as I went away on contract. I’m glad I did after watching this. Ended up getting the ES3 - and it was a great decision!
Well although this may sound strange to be mentioned as a pro at a first glance - this thing will take a crash like tank. I`ve always considered e-scooters as probably the most dangerous means of transport - due to their riding position but I am surprised how well did this one fared taking a front hit and I think that its why I don`t have any notable injuries at the moment. About an hour ago I was going full throttle in the cyclist lane a car cut me off and I had a direct frontal impact. This happened at a crossroad and the guy was coming out of the street on my left side and wanted to merge onto the main road by making a right turn (turning towards me). Idiot didn`t even look to his right while accelerating. I mean I was rather close to him and had my lights turned on since it just got dark. Thankfully somehow I managed to anticipate trajectory while hitting the ground and lowered speed at least a bit since I was going full throttle on S mode. The AUDI had its bumper cracked and the license plate had broken off and bent completely during the crash. Thats just the first thing I saw on my eye level. As I got up trying to regain awareness and move out of the road I thought the scooter was going to be no more not that it mattered ofc but I just didn`t expect it to be in any usable condition. Well MF doesn`t even have a scratch :X I literally can`t believe how strong this thing is. I really don`t want to think how could have things ran down if it had bent or broke during impact. Ofc I wish nobody to have an accident of any kind let alone with a car involved but just decided to share this since it`s concerning safety :)
@@TechMishka Thanks, me too :) hope that whoever reads this will become at least a bit more cautious then they were before. I certainly know I am. Just have to expect that other participants in traffic can act in unpredictable and illogical ways and no matter now mindful of your surrounds you are you can`t anticipate such a thing. Just like with cars - its best to drive just a bit slower than you would normally in any given situation and you will greatly lower risk of accidents.

Hey mate, I pledged to the same campaign in May 2019, got the MAX in October 2019 (also had it promised for June-July and I live in the same city as you do). Overall, it looks and feels like a much sturdier version of the M356/Pro with the only downside that it's much heavier. It's not fun carrying it on stairwells and so on, but I've had no issues with it up to now. My previous M365 had a few punctured tyres, battery wires that I had to solder over again and so on, also the range is so much better. Also, there is a super easy hack that unlocks the max speed and it feels even better at around 30-32 km/h. tl;dr; (++) Reliability and build quality, (++) Range, (+) Good power for the price range, (--) Indiegogo campaign handling, (-) Weight
Pretty awesome summary! You ordered it month earlier than me and got it like three months earlier - pretty good. I also think it's too heavy, and the few extra centimeters make it difficult to be placed in some car trunks. And carrying while climbing stairs is much more difficult than the M365 😇🙃

Oh another reviewer called Stu's Reviews also provided his input on the Ninebot Max as well, link: ruclips.net/video/JAyypMgGtdU/видео.html, which is informative & hilarious! Well all we know Segway/Ninebot's Indiegogo campaign sucked so bad that they actually build up the perfect way to hype it up back in May & June 2019 thanks to numerous features they really want to address the M365 flaws. Overall, the max is surely built like a tank and a marathon runner too (40km in Sports mode)! 😁🛴
Will you make a reveiw video for Inmotion new scooter L9? I saw it on Indiegogo a couple days ago, it's said 59 miles for one chager and with dual shock suspension. it's better if compare the L9 with Segway max.
Wow what a mess, I have been there before. Glad they ended up sending it to you , even know you got your money back. Your total right on your Suggestions. These companies need to treat the people better that are helping to fund these new products.
Thing is that they didn't refund me willingly. I've informed them in advance that I am going the chargeback way, and I still keep the scooter ready to be returned. It's not my problem that a company cannot track its orders and logistics.
There's a new E-scooter campaign that's coming up very soon bud! Will let you know soon! Oh by the way, it kills both of the Ninebot Max & Xiaomi M365 Pro out of the water hehe! 😉🛴
Hi I’m a beginner, I wanted to get a good personal transport and was thinking of getting the ninebot max or the e22. The roads at my area are more rocky? If anything, they are not all smooth to say the least. Also I hope to be able to achieve decent speed and decent range. Which is more worth it, replies would be very good.
Maybe it is a good idea to check a scooter that is offroad-oriented. This one is not bad, but not that good about challenging terrains like these that you describe.
Hi, great video thanks for your info, I have two scooters and one is the same model as yours. I was fortunate to be able to buy local and with ample stock here in Perth, Australia. I am moving to Sofia in a few weeks, hopefully I can find a shipping company that will be able to ship my scooters to Sofia, I don't want to sell them. Whats the riding like in Sofia??
Hey Mr John, really great that you have these scooters. Shipping batteries these days is quite a challenge, so fingers crossed you to find a good and easy way to do it. I think Perth is a lot scooter-friendlier than Sofia, but it's getting there. Once you finally settle down - make sure to drop a line on contact@tech4all.net :) Would be great to get a beer or tea somewhere.
Was there a covid ? Could it be involved ? Batteries are hard to get some times ! Will they overcome the start ? Honesty is the correct way ! Segway was bought when, three companies involved, Segway, Ninebot and Xiaomi. Take overs are sometimes not as clear as they need to be !
Thanks for well informed review. Dear i need useful suggestion from you. I want to buy one 350 motor scooter. And i want to drive in our Bangladeshi road. So can u Please suggest me one scooter. That i can buy. I live in Italy so i need 12.5 maximum weight scooter. I Wanted to buy ducati evo 1 pro
@@TechMishka as a motorcyclist of many decades, I'd appreciate a little more velocity, but have to admit it's a half decent product. Think I'll keep mine just to give to friends for test rides, so they can see the light and then become e scooter converts.
It looks looks a solid scooter, but you can get more scooter for less or the same price. I have a TNE Q4 V3. 745 dollars. Much better specs than that scooter.
I'm about 190lbs. For me mode 3 on my TNE maxes out around 47kph. I usually stay in mode 2 (max 36 kph) in the residential area. They have some other scooters that are a lot faster.
Hey hadn't heard about this one before, looks interesting. How is the build quality and the handling? Comfortable to ride? For me, in EU, it looks like it's more expensive (979euro) so I might go for the Kugoo M4 Kirin instead, which also seems pretty nice at around 580 $ / €
@@TechMishka yes this i know, but have you seen the difference on the handlebar.. the g30d had an extra breake leaver on the left side ? The configuration is different.. as far as i can see om the promotion pictures..
Did Inmotion sent a review unit of the L9 to you yet? Ben Fox received, thanks to me, and he enjoys the suspension but not the weight hehe! Ben Fox review of the Inmotion L9: ruclips.net/video/DYlJQfszhBM/видео.html
Thanks mate. Inmotion seem to have decided to skip me - but I am probably going to come back with a few other scooter reviews. I am still eager to try it, however with the current size - it is even less portable than the Ninebot Max. Will definitely check Ben's video. And that you so much for rooting for me!
Here it is bud! Behold the Inmotion L9 E-scooter, aka the true Xiaomi M365 Pro/Ninebot Max killer! Dual-suspension + 10"inch tubeless tyres, 30° degree angle hill incline, 1000watt motor and greater range than the Max (59miles = 95km)!! Please support their campaign via indiegogo: www.indiegogo.com/projects/inmotion-l9-cruise-in-style#/ Plus, comparison with their competitor (Ninebot Max): ruclips.net/video/et05oexPEIk/видео.html&feature=emb_title
Totally!!! ☺️ After you mentioned it earlier, I started looking for it and found the news. The only thing which makes me worried is the length - I cannot recall the exact numbers - but the Ninebot is something like 115cm long, and this one is around 135, which will make it harder for putting in the trunk. But... who cares - we talk about crazy mileage. Thanks so on for the tip! ☺️☺️
@@TechMishka All good! Yeah InMotion is fixing up the flaws most e-scooters have, especially coming from their competitor (Ninebot & Xiaomi) like the added Suspension! Heck, it has automatic ambient lighting (similar to ES2) underneath the foot-deck whether you turn left or right, and the folding mech stem is centered on the footdeck, unlike most of its competitors uses the rear mud-flap to hold it in a weird diagonal direction. I also suggested to them that they should prioritize their focus on customer service because we know what happened with Ninebot's terrible crowdfunding Ninebot Max launch campaign, and so they are taking it on to account. Hopefully this e-scooter succeeds the Max & can ideally replace my existing M365 Pro, and also looking forward towards your review on it hehe! 😁🛴

Yeah, you are right about that. The COVID thing happened a few months later.
Can I use this in Rain ? Will it have any impact on battery or electric equipment?
You can use it in rain; I would however covering the display with something and also - avoid riding in heavy rain;
If only it went faster and had suspension, the IP rating and range are it's best features.
👍👍
Thanks for well informed review. Dear i need useful suggestion from you. I want to buy one 350 motor scooter. And i want to drive in our Bangladeshi road. So can u Please suggest me one scooter. That i can buy. I live in Italy so i need 12.5 maximum weight scooter. I Wanted to buy ducati evo 1 pro
Better go to a store with more models and get something you like. The Mi Scooter Pro 2 is pretty decent. So is the Ninebot Max. But a bit heavy...
@@TechMishka thanks for the advicea
I am 234lbs. Does this work for me and what would bt the range for me?
Thanks in advance.
Kalyan
i am 130Kg and i bought the m365 pro, once Dyoc firmware installed, works well, getting 30km/h speed for about 25km
You will be fine. Range will be not too great, but it is realistic to get around 30 km/18 miles.
If only it had a sine wave controller, and no dangerous speed limiter, it would be worth it.
Hahah, that's right! But I prefer it with the speed limiter.
@@TechMishka as a motorcyclist of many decades, I'd appreciate a little more velocity, but have to admit it's a half decent product. Think I'll keep mine just to give to friends for test rides, so they can see the light and then become e scooter converts.
Well, this is not a motorcycle. It's a scooter. You don't want to hit people on footpaths. 25 km/h is enough.
It looks looks a solid scooter, but you can get more scooter for less or the same price. I have a TNE Q4 V3. 745 dollars. Much better specs than that scooter.
That TNE scooter looks fabulous! I've recently had the chance to try one. But these speeds are a little scary for me 🙃
I'm about 190lbs. For me mode 3 on my TNE maxes out around 47kph. I usually stay in mode 2 (max 36 kph) in the residential area. They have some other scooters that are a lot faster.
Send me the link please
Hey hadn't heard about this one before, looks interesting. How is the build quality and the handling? Comfortable to ride?
For me, in EU, it looks like it's more expensive (979euro) so I might go for the Kugoo M4 Kirin instead, which also seems pretty nice at around 580 $ / €
Hi.. can you do a video on the difference in the g30 and the g30d.. thanks
As far as I remember the difference is about the speed limit - which can easily be unlocked with an app from Google Play store.
@@TechMishka yes this i know, but have you seen the difference on the handlebar.. the g30d had an extra breake leaver on the left side ? The configuration is different.. as far as i can see om the promotion pictures..
I love it, but I hate the colors! Make a black "stealth" look and I would buy instantly!
Yeah, agreed! On the other side - this color won't make the dust that obvious. Perhaps that's the main reason they use it.
Consumer model is yellow. Germany uses blue. Only indigogo backers got hot pink. You'll prolly get yellow if you buy from shop
Heyo Jayo You could choose the colors when You was a earlig backer
The max would be perfect if it had suspension and 20 mph max speed.
There are some conversion kits and option to have the speed at 18mph.
my max g30 goes up to 30 km. is it possible to limit the speed to 25 km?
Sure - there's an app on Google Play store that can change the speed limits on most Ninebot scooters.
@@TechMishka thank you for your feedback
Do you find this scooter still the best in 2022?
I will soon publish a video for Navee N65, which has slighly better specs and I like it really a lot.
Thats why i didnt choose ninebot max because of the heavy weight, 22kilos😅 i choose the latest model of xiaomi with a 12kg only
It's not particularly heavy 22kg isn't heavy
My favor reviewer, let me know how i can help you with your reviews perform better. You have big potential to be a great youtube reviewer.
Голямо благодаря, Влади! Здраве да има, другото малко по малко ще го правим да става по-добре 👍🙂
This one or Xiaomi 4 Pro ?
I think I prefer scooters with the motor in the front wheel.
Is it ok to drive it in the rain?
Yeah, it is fine.
I am a earlig backer and I also get eror 14
Yeah, looks like most of them are having the same sympthoms. There's a video on ninebot's channel how to fix that. Not too bad most of the time.
Ok thanks
I put front fork shocks on my Max
That's awesome! Monorim?
@@TechMishka No , from Aliexpress $50
Does it has a seatbelt?
A three point seatbelt!!! 😇😇😇
Very nice bro
how purchase this product Indian customer?
Please fully explain ask link/address/and spare parts for Indian customer
Dude, I am not someone that sells the scooter. Better ask the online retailers about that. I just review tech.
How about water resistant
Light rain - yes. Heavy rain - not really.
@@TechMishka No probs mate! You and Ben + other e-scooter reviewers are really helping out the e-scooter community hehe! 😁🛴
Here it is bud! Behold the Inmotion L9 E-scooter, aka the true Xiaomi M365 Pro/Ninebot Max killer! Dual-suspension + 10"inch tubeless tyres, 30° degree angle hill incline, 1000watt motor and greater range than the Max (59miles = 95km)!! Please support their campaign via indiegogo: www.indiegogo.com/projects/inmotion-l9-cruise-in-style#/
Plus, comparison with their competitor (Ninebot Max): ruclips.net/video/et05oexPEIk/видео.html&feature=emb_title
You keen?
@@TechMishka I won't be worrying about the dimensions since most people really want more leg room right? Plus, the price right now totally beats the Ninebot Max's debut price from last year hehe!!
@@TechMishka Oh by the way, you can better communicate with the staff on their Facebook page! Search up "Inmotion L9 Launch Group". Any concerns let them know! 😉🛴
Your boy is yapping
☺️
nice review but m365 pro is much more better
Well - in some ways it is.
this guy seems suffering speech difficulties
Poor guy
This was so painful to watch and listen to.
Was painful to go though all that hassle too 😇
@@TechMishka don’t listen to the hater brother! You are awesome and spoke very clearly and confidently! You gave me some very useful information too!
Silly people hiding on the internet behind their keyboards are just sad low life’s who are self conscious about themselves and have no confidence. So it’s best to ignore them. :)
But you’re awesome so keep it up!
who cares about history of companies.. speak about product.
apparently some people do care 😉
Actually we do, this is a good warning to individuals who knows nothing about Crowdfunding sites so thank Tech4All for letting us know.
what was all the hype. where's the new technology?
Year and a half ago - the range of 60+ kilometers was quite remarkable.
@@TechMishka ohhhhh
Too much talk. Stop gobbling up my data. What are the 6 things?

Hey Bro !!! You spent half video for bla bla and bla....i interested only watching second half of it ... Why you not more short to go to your target?
Thanks Marcus for the feedback. Clearly said at the start there is some "blabla" which for some people is important information to know. Sorry if that annoyed you too much.
Half of this video is just drama🙄
yeah, sort of...
I thought this was a review on the scooter not history on scooters. This review was not helpful. Too Much talking about everything else!! Half of this video could have been edited out
That's very well disclosed in the first half. I think the story is worth sharing - especially if you are about to invest that much money in a scooter.
Indiegogo is a scam!!!
Well... this kind of campaigns make us all question their quality control.
@@TechMishka i dont know about quality.
But i ve been waiting forever. They ve been telling me it's on en route for several months.
I finally cancelled payment, got the money. I will never purchase anything from indigogo.
You never explained how you got it for free lol. Near the beginning, you said you paid for it, then near the end of the story, you said it showed up then said "that's how I get a free unit" lol
Filed a chargeback, got ruled in my favor and long after that it surprisingly arrived.
@@TechMishka oohhhhhhhhhh haha
In my opinion this is terrible design..
Well... Ninebot will have soon a new scooter.
give me korean subtitle
Feel free to help me creating one
You get overexcited about crowdfunding instead of focusing on the freaking scooter review. Thumb down
He actually made a big point point there...which I think is important. You could've jump to your desired time without making such a big thing out of nothing.
I knew that many people will find this annoying, but it is important to know about such ... issues. I will think twice before recommending it to friends.
Good in ascents ????????????????????????????????????? @Tech4All
Yeah!
