  • Initial thoughts road-testing the DJI POCKET 3 paired with the MOVMAX BLADE ARM.
    Osmo Pocket 3 Pros:
    - Easy to set-up and use
    Osmo Pocket 3 Cons:
    - No manual focus. There's the "single focus" mode but that only assigns a certain area of the frame to keep focus. Would be nice if there was a firmware upgrade that allowed a true manual focus where things can stay purposely out-of-focus when we set it ourselves
    - Can't stack DJI ND filters onto the DJI wide-angle lens
    - Not really a con, but I wished the DJI MIMO app had the ability to PING or RING the DJI wireless transmitter when connected. I literally lost the transmitter inside my car and I cannot for the life of me find it!
    Blade Arm Pros:
    - Easy to set-up and use
    - Pretty strong suction cup
    Blade Arm Cons:
    - Adjust levers are poorly constructed. The internal teeth that allow you to grip onto the nut to tighten can be easily over-torqued by hand, thus, stripping the teeth and rounding out completely. Movmax warranties this by sending you replacement levers but it's not a real "fix" as it can happen again. Pics in the "posts" section of my channel.
