She is nice but not very knowledgeable regarding diet. She is too young and is on testosterone so she doesn’t understand insulin resistance in women over 40. Testosterone creates an environment of insulin sensitivity. Thus helps to shuttle nutrients from carbs where they need to go. My wife, in her 20s and 30’s believed it was only calories in and calories out and lazy individuals are making excuses. Until she hit 40 and had to eat way less and workout way more and she still gained weight. In her 50’s on keto/carnivore she was able to bring her calories back up to a normal level based on a “calorie calculator”. Hormones are a huge factor. Don’t use a coach who is not aware of this fact.
Yes, mid-40s here and found that I need to eat at least 1g protein/lb of goal weight and I really don't have to count calories. I do weigh and track my protein and carbohydrates - during bulking I use 4 oz white rice with meals to fuel workouts and gain weight then during cut I take out the rice and eat more veggies - but with lots of lean meat and eggs I am able to naturally stay within my calorie range for lean gains with smart training and not too much cardio...of course we must eat real food, bulk cleanly, stay away from overly processed foods and not have too much surplus to gain least amount of adipose with muscle tissue.
Bro this is spot on. I wouldn't say I'm a coach but I know enough confidently explain how hormones affect men and women from mental to hormonal to reproductive ET cetera. But I've had at least five women I've helped not only hormonally. But ovulating and being able to get pregnant and whatnot. But like the opening they're either guided by their boyfriends or coaches that are living vicariously through them and they don't understand what is being done or they just don't care. I've had one specific situation where a woman got a hold of me. And it was just back and forth on messenger. Come time for facetime. I ended up crying with her. Because she asked when her deep voice would go away the Adam's apple type and the jawline the realization. And like her boyfriend had her on test she even said tren. And I had to tell her that she didn't have side effects she had effects. And she cried. So many women you're just not even gullible and they trust. And people take advantage of it
I had a trainer that wanted to try me on ANAVAR 20mg for 3 months. Sounded alarming from what I researched about anavar dose for women. I chose to take 10 mg and up it to 15 half way through. I tested the drug with a "at home test" and it didn't come up as anavar as far as color went. Not sure what I was taking. But not sure how to try "real" anavar if it's not available unless you have a medical condition. I'm a healthy person... so idk what to do to get it. No longer under that trainer... but i trusted him cause I worked with him for a long time prior to trying a "light" steroid. :(
Nah bro, it's genetics bro, he's just elite bro, he's african, he's an outlier, he works harder than you, he's built different than you, it's because of positive affirmations, don't you know broooooo??????
@drip369 yeah, mark knows where to get the best PEDs. Jk, I know they're high level athletes and business men, but PEDs are part of being an athlete. I don't have a problem with them. I'm all for PEDs.
It’s interesting that you keep watching interviews with her, then. I noticed you commented this on another podcast. It sounds like a personal (you) issue.
“I’m hardly on anything bro”..classic gear conversation. In my early 20s when I did cycles for competitive bodybuilding during a 2 to 3 year period, I would always cycle on and cycle off for about the same amount of time. I would be working out with friends and they would say that they were off of, the steroids. But I would catch them lying after I noticed the drugs in their gym bag. And then they would sheepishly say “well I’m barely taking anything”.😂😂😂
Damn they actually put time stamps in the vid. Amazing, thank you for interacting with the community👍😎
Cory is great, glad that this knowledge continues to reach people in the fitness community

Always love Corey and her knowledge. Great video guys!
I just found her channel. Very knowledgeable.
Not trying to be a dick but I'm not going to a woman for advice on male hormones.

Usually anavar is faked with winstrol or dbol both which are not very safe

Is it just me or do most coaches of bodybuilders also act as drug dealers??😢
