    I don’t know about anyone else, but I love these. They feel personal. Almost like 1 on 1’s. It feels like I’m getting advice from an uncle I really respect.

    You gotta have motivation for anything. Motivation is mostly dopamine and you cant think or move at all without dopamine lol.
    But I get the point.

    If your cardio is really bad then just jogging for a few seconds then walking would be the equivalent of a fit person doing split intervals. Or powerwalking if your really out of shape would be the equivalent of a jog for you

      Imagine trying to jog at 300 lbs, 400 lbs.
      That is a lot of weight to carry on your squat while trying to run or even power walk.
      -
      Taking it slow before you go fast is an important thing to learn when running.

    I use a fanny pack to hold my phone while I run.

      I wear 6-7 fannypacks while running- waist front and back, one on each quad, one on each calf and if I still need more space one up on the front of the hat.
