I don’t understand how saturated fat is still up for debate. It is one of the most studied topics in health science. It is a fact that for the majority of people, increased sat. fat intake will raise unfavorable lipids which will increase your risk for heart disease. Of course your mileage will vary so get bloodwork (marek health 😏)
So tired of endless influencers trying to go against the nearly unanimous science findings… they’re only confusing more people and harming

    • @Dan-mm7gc
      @Dan-mm7gc 3 месяца назад +2

The fact is that most people either dont have the time, knowledge, patience, or will to go and read what the scientists are doing in their studies. In order for society to operate at a high level, human trust has to be at play. But when that human faith and trust breaks down due to many factors (immorality, corruption, evil suspicion, liars, scoundrels on both sides), people just wont accept it since its based ontrust. The answer lies in increasing trust between the people who are in their specialized fields and the general public, and the responsibility for this breakdown in trust lies on both sides.

The key that is being missed is that they decrease the susceptibility of lipoprotein oxidation. The only "bad" cholesterol is that which has become oxidized. No amount of native LDL is injurious to the endothelium until it becomes oxidatively modified. Seed oils lower LDL but greatly increase the susceptibility for it to oxidize.

Testosterone in men are low because
men are no longer working in physically demanding jobs, men are no longer spending time in those jobs surrounded by other men. In those jobs men need to be able to compete with other men, lots of times there is real world confrontation not social media confrontation.
Blue collar work all day is exercise, I can't remember a man saying he's depressed, or telling others of their feelings or going to therapy.
Those men had kids, never heard problems, they drank, smoked ate sandwiches and going to the gym was unheard of.
I'm 56 with 4 grown kids with 10 grandchildren, no fertility issue here.
I grew up with asbestos, lead paint,
drinking out of plastic garden hoses, that sat in the hot sun, changed our own oil in our cars etc.
Plastics aren't the problem, it's men not living like men.

After my dad had a heart attack recently I decided to see a doctor and run some tests on myself. Mind you that for past three years I have leaned towards the same way of eating as Mike, Paul Saladino, Dr.Berry and others recommend. More red meat, farm eggs, milk, no seed oils, less frequent meals, etc. My LDL levels came back at 209 and my GP was pushing for me jump in statins ASAP. Same story with the cardiologist. I refused and opted for more research instead and asked for a coronary calcium score. Guess what? I had ZERO plaque in major heart arteries.
My blood pressure is usually is around 117/19.
And overall I feel great consuming as much saturated fats and animal products as I can.

Starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a lifelong commitment. If you have low testosterone, it is often due to being stuck in the sympathetic mode of your autonomic nervous system. This constant fight-or-flight state prepares your body to respond to threats, reducing the need for testosterone. To naturally boost your testosterone, it's essential to shift your nervous system into the parasympathetic mode, which allows your endocrine system to release healing hormones like testosterone. Breathwork is a powerful tool to achieve this reset. Join me on my channel and try this short, 5-minute daily breathwork exercise.

Saturated fats have been demonized and a many of campaigns have come out against them. This is simply because people are able to create fake foods in factories and package them in plastic and make them with poly unsaturated fats instead like the toxic vegetable/seed oils. So if you can make a ton of money making fake food with an unnatural and toxic fat source then as part of you advertising and marketing campaign also includes slandering any competitors. Just like politics.

    • @JasonActualization

Seed oils have been made the scapegoat for the doings of seed oils. The next time you grocery shop, try to find a single processed food item with more saturated fat than unsaturated fat.

Reducing saturated fat lowers apoB. ApoB plays a causative role in heart disease. It's the single greatest factor in CHD, but not the only. Guest is confused, but hey it's only the single leading cause of death. Thanks influencers!

    • @scotlynhatt

All data on this is based on the unhealthy population. None of the data was derived from a caloric deficit based diets either. It is the leading cause because saturated fat and sugar are eaten in a dietary surplus and with low activity.
