Because the magnets in the new iPads are in different places because they made them so thin

It will not work. You have to get the pencil pro as that’s the only pencil compatible with that iPad

Does Pencil Pro takes more time to be charged than previous 2nd gen pencil, and that's normal or my pencil pro has some issues and is defective? Coz I compared in 5 min my previous 2nd gen pencil charged from 73 to 88% just in 5 min and with my pencil pro it didn't even move 1%, it was 93 and stayed like that for more than 10 minutes.

My iPad 10 gen uses a Apple pen 1st gen but the usb-c doesn’t fit in the adapter but it only fits in a usb charger

The ipad 10th generation is also compatible with the Apple Pencil 1st Generation. If you previously owned an Apple Pencil 1st Generation an adapter to make it compatible with the 10th generation ipad is available for sale from apple for $9. If you are buying a new Apple Pencil 1st Generation the adapter is included right in the box.

Could it possibly be your pencil tip wearing down? Sometimes if the tip has been degraded a lot, the Apple Pencil may not feel as responsive to drawing as it once was
