Because Denmark, due to its Personal Unions at game start, has a very wide range of who they can set as rival. This means that no matter who you choose in Europe you will almost always have Denmark as a game-start rival so long as you have more than 50 total Development. Even if you don't, then at some point the chance will happen and they'll declare you a rival. Denmark is literally coded (probably unintentionally) to be a early-game antagonist.
26:05 having an Explorer or an Admiral is no different for when you're doing a battle, provided they have the same pips. It's the same as Conquistadors (vs. Generals) - the difference how many pips they get when they are originally rolled. For any given amount of Army/Naval Tradition, a Conquistador/Explorer will, on average, have 20% fewer pips than a General/Admiral.
There is a little difference on conquistadors, as they cannot do auto rebel suppression, instead they get the golden city search (aka auto explore land button) But on sea you are correct I believe
@@gabrielhandwerker5504 Revoking Early is an easy WC strat w/ Austria, Mughals is always an easy dub once you break the Ottoblob, Russia cuz many men go brrrrr, Any Western European Major (except Portugal) cuz their mission trees and ideas are insane. I did my first WC on 1.33 w/ the Mughals. Its more of a mental grind once you get to the point where you can just field so many men the Ai can't do anything.
@@PA_Sword with the Mughals if you want to make it even easier. Start as the Timmy’s and no CB byz during or after the ajam war. That will neuter the Otto’s and make everything even easier

Got the achievement with this start (except the European part) and then forming Japan, getting EoC, and changing to Hindu. Not sure how many of those would be helpful, but I feel like they made expansion and wars easier for me. Couldn't complete some of the Japanese MT (-5% power cost) because some Aztec missions got in the way. Its was a comfy run. Thanks for the video.

random thing, it's obvious when your audio/video cuts when your video is stationary over a specific area, if you separate and just cut the audio but keep the video playing without cutting then it's less obvious. or if you don't rly care then ignore me hsfdjhsfdj
Probably not, ryuku's -25 ae is probably better for Europe than manchus stuff. And forming manchu would put you behind on getting to the new world. If your going through the effort to form manchu as ryuku (I've done it, it's really hard, lots of save scumming) it's probably better to do a qing emperor of china run.

Going New World and later forming a tag that moves your capital is a problem since it csuses colonial nations to spawn. BUT if you form a post-colonial tag first then you will never get colonial nations no matter what. I recommend Alaska, it's easy to form and has -20% CCR and a spiffy map colour.

That strategy is go to the new world and get strong from bullying natives, and now the Aztec missions. Then go to Europe, do all the formables that give admin efficiency to hit the cap, and then wc from there. Forming manchu, and going to Manchuria in general is going to slow that strategy down significantly, and your not going to get anything that really helps that strategy.

Being able to freely move your capital without spawning colonial nations is the point there.

Oirat. Humanist+offensive as first ideas and you won't have any rebel while you can conquer easy and fast.

Naval attrition to "kill" your leader earlier. Send a 1000 stack to the open seas with your leader instead of drilling.
