Ming’s biggest downfall is low mana generation early, so i actually convert ruler to general and let him drill 1k troops until he dies and get someone better on the throne
also highly reccommend the single whip law privilege for eunuch, although it exempts them from seizing land (u wont need it much), it grants a lot of tax, which carries your early econ

If you are short on money, exploit admin dev. It helps you with immediate funds, manage dev cost and gov cap better, at the expense of tax revenue.
