Caucasia Is The Most Fun Region In EU4 1.36 King of Kings.. You can now not only form Armenia as Karabakh but eventually also reform into Great Armenia. You have to try it! There are also 2 achievements you can unlock: A Blessed Nation and Mets Hayk.

I will like Ardabil into Persia
If you do 2 part, there is to key points to not miss in mission tree. One is conquering all coptic holy sites, if you do it and click last religious kind mission, you gain PERMANENT modifiers 1.5 missionary strenght , 2.5 discipline, 10 morale and 10 core creation cost. Also there is military mission thet opens you specific gov reform, called sparapet offise, depsite have enforsed sighnakhs and very soon haveing abylity to conscription of cawas, I strongly recommend to go for it because if you do you gain ARMY TRADITION by just hiring generals. Basically the more generls you hier the better they are, but here is the fun part it also gives you base 2 siege for all of them. So you can have 5-6-5-6 generals all the time)
I conquered all coptic sites but I still can't get permanent bonus for some reason, only 25 years

@@GolemEnt yup, everithing qasir ibrim too, if you stack culture conversion modifiers and press last mission on left side you can add 3 base dev in province you converted into armenian. Basically you can add 3 dev in 45 dev province for say 10-15 diplo mana. There is two way of playing tall in whic you start as Melikayes and enhase Armenian ideas or wide start as Hisn Kayfa-Rassids convert yourself into Armenian coptic and create armenia but not abandoning your older ideas, which are heavily militarized
@@sityqwai you must conquer everything and then click the mission. If you left out eve 1 holy site it will give only 25 y buffs

It is shame Armenia can't form Coptic Byzantium .
You can form byz and switch back to coptic primarily armenian, it’s a must considering that one of the end missions gives tou 20% culture conversation cost buff and gives plus 3 mana on each province which you converted into armenian, you can add insane conversion cost modifiers for byz and vuala, you have whole world converted by byzantine armenian )
At least it cannot form Persia like in Imperator

having an army makes nations support ur indepencene faster and more frequent as bigger as easier so ... i dont think deleting it is that useful as it slows down the independence process
If Mamluks will support you depends solely if they will lose the -40 over diplo slots modifier or not, from what I've noticed at least. One thing is pretty much guaranteed that you'd lose that army right after declaring, so why not save some money
@@GolemEnt you can easily get mamluks and ajam as you independence support you just need to declare in the right moment not to get slapped by QQ army Ajam was my safe heaven

So i have play until i become Great Armenia. The rng during independence is ass but after that the Armenian are suprisingly chill campaign.
Not worry over early invasion and having Mamluk as an ally for a while really helps though haha.

Ajam always supports. Mamluks is a bit more tricky because of their -40. I think it was my 3rd try. Have you tried it yet?
@@GolemEnt I'm still trying with Persia with Mazandran and Khorasan(yes Sunni Iran) and right now i'm playing Ardabil which finally after... 10-20 restarts? Finally successful on Ardabil run, just have to defeat a powerful but diplomaticly isolated Timurid empire.
Once i play around with Persia than Armenia would a good next faction to play.
Congrats on the long awaited success with Ardabil! I think you'll be relieved how easy the start for Karabakh is even though it has the same 9 dev start
Doesn't work for me either, even with diplorep, insult and max relation I still wasn't able to get it, much of it depends on QQ having their armies depleted
EDIT: Managed to do it at the 4th try. It seems that if they got -40 at the beginning you have to restart before doing anything. 3 times I had the same -40, at the 4th I got -20 from the start and Ajam had no negative so I was able to ally to both.

last bonus that gives 10% ccr discipline and other thing actually becomes 10 war score cost again different religions for 20/25 years sadly.
Definitely not a viable strategy for most I tried exactly the same move 10 times in a row and the closest I got to get support from either Ajam or the Mamluks was 63 postive vs 63 negative or 81 vs 80. But not once in 10 tries did I get support for Independence. I tried a few alterations as well but I really dont see how anyone would ever support indepence to Karabakh.
Did you get +3 diplo reputation from government interaction, advisor and estate privilege? It boosts everyone's desire to support nicely.
@@GolemEnt Yes. +3 diplorep. I succeded in getting Ajam on the 12th try. But still just one out of 12 tries. Mamluks are much harder. The negatives are just to big. -19 for Karabakh army strenght for example. Tried building up but doesnt do much.
Interesting. I dont deny its possible to get it to work, obviously considering your very nice video :-). I really want to try it out so I keep trying. But took a bit of luck. I succeded now on the 14th try. What it took for me was pretender rebels spawning in Qara Qoyunlu. The rebels wiped one of their stacks and also won the second battle. That lowered QQs army strenght which got me Ajam as supporter. Mamlucks was in war so had to wait for their war to end to get them.
For me at least it really takes rebels spawning in Qara Qoyunlu for getting the support.
Maybe there was a bit more luck involved than I thought. It was my 3rd try I believe in the video and in the previous tries I easily got Ajam as well, Mamluks was the only problem with too many diplo relations. It might be beneficial to max out relations with both of them, stack diplo rep and on top of that when they're close, boost the army to like 10 units to get additional points. But of course, success will be really influenced by RNG.
