In my opinion, this is a beautifully decorated home. The home has a great floor plan, but I find the dual staircase overwhelms the size of the room its located in. The house would need a much larger foyer for this type of staircase.
I love this home! The primary bedroom was really cool but the bedroom with the turret and balcony was even better! I think if I had more than one daughter that there might have to be a second turret and balcony to avoid a battle! I'm ready to move in. They don't need to worry about the garages --they can leave them as is 😂❤!
This home looks like a castle. I do like the layout of it. I love the master suite with the vaulted ceiling, as well as the master ensuite. I do like the glass doors in the kitchen area. I would change a few things. I do love the staircase, as well as the balcony.❤❤

Exquisitely Designed Castle. I LOVE it. Id have bigger sinks and a couple more of them in each kitchen area and a bigger pantry. I'd have Blue instead of Black. On the outside of the house too. And it needs handheld showers also in the bigger bedrooms at least. But its GORGEOUS. I too, love Whites gold accents everywhere like Your Wife. The fridge could've been bigger or Space for another one. But I Love this One. Exquisite Decor. ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
The only thing that is missing is a pot filler!! I had to google where Frisco is in Texas 🤣! I’ve only been living here at Fort Hood since mid 2020 🤪🤪🤪! Looking to move to Waco 😢. Hubby is retiring and going to work for the VA there.
That counter space between the kitchen and dining I would like a little prep sink on the left side and some drawers below and I would use that as my bake center roll out dough and have one of MY kitchen aid stand mixers and bread machine etc... And have My domed cake plate. I would want a swinging door to separate that area from the dining area.
I'm a month late but I'm so happy i finally saw this one. I wouldnt change a thing! Its perfect! I love modern, without the country and barn door, and it was so nice to see it here.

Very Castle-y McMansion with a proper lawyer foyer. I like the layout and the color usage throughout the home. Would be a great place for entertaining. The side buffet in the kitchen with the windows is a very nice feature. Would have liked to see a little more pantry and yes on the sink. That master bath is pretty risqué with not a lot of privacy going on. I know they're flexible features for the home, but the light fixtures were a bit much. The dining one was cool, but collectively, they're excessive.
The color is not seafoam, which is much lighter, almost a mint. This color is a teal-sage green, not quite as dark as forest. There's lots of yellow and blue in it. The built ins in this house are really nice. The "standalone" office could be used as a mother-in-law suite. The area that is split into the dining room looks squished and awkward. You could take the dining room portion out and move some of the furniture back and turn it into a game area. It'd be good because you have a line of sight to the kids or to guests. It's a stunning home, There isn't a lot of privacy though. Look at the way the tub is situated in front all of those windows. You could wave at your neighbors while you sat there in the nude. Those mirrored tiles will look as dated as glass brick walls look now in a few years. Altogether a stunning home with a few glitches that haven't been well thought out.
Grand Homes has proven to have a lot of great ideas. But, their mixing of so many different styles within one home , I feel, distracts from what they have to offer. They may be doing it because they're models and they're trying to show off all they can do. It just leaves the home design feeling in cohesive and confused. When you have a great idea it needs a neutral, high quality canvas to really shine. It's like how roller coasters can't be all big downhill runs. You need that slow climb up to really accentuate the downhill part. Yin-Yang?
I came here to say this. The exterior is stunning but then the interior was jarring and dissonant. A lot of great ideas but they didn’t make for a cohesive whole.

Guess overall not a fan of this Grand Homes builder. Outside of house is spectacular but then inside it’s an odd confusing floor plan of wasted space and design. The interior decoration wasn’t as bad as some of the others but still a bit much. So odd because all the houses shown so beautiful outside and then the inside were super let down. Funny how those two newer homes in Oklahoma were so cute and nice inside and out.

Lovely home. That guest room up front would need work on the feature wall. I'm not OCD but the mismatch would bother me. Also the kitchen needs color. There's enough natural light you could play more with something darker even.
Not a homey home. made no sense with flow of people coming in. either go through small sitting room then the narrow dining area or trapes through the kitchen.
Having one stair case in itself is a waste of space that we can't avoid if having multiple floors, but having two stair case in such a house is over kill and a total waste of floor area. The rest of the house looks great though.
