Love your channel, love the way you explain things. I'd love to see you talk about cues to finding the right fold. In your $100/hr series, and these videos, you're talking about how to win the hand. Totally understand, as the point is to win, but maybe a video or two about when there's signals to find the fold vs calling the bluff? Anyway, keep on being rad. Thanks man.

What always tilts me is when I play a strong hand passively and it looks like I have nothing, but villain still bombs river for like 1.5-2x pot with the nuts. Its like most poker players dont even have a concept of other peoples ranges/hands. Playing super exploitatively is just the absolute key to crushing bad live players. Disrespect bad players by exploiting them, theres no need for balance against unbalanced players

    • @NoLongerGrilling

Love your content, bro. I listen to a lot of Jonathan Little, but I'm finding your approach resonates more with my style and instinct. For example, Little says to be disciplined with RFI sizing to 2.5x-3x, don't open to 5x or whatever just because that's the table norm (don't pattern your play after bad players). But early in this video you say that when players are calling too loosely and not 3-betting enough you open to 5x. That makes more sense to me.
I'm a $1/$3 player looking to move up to $2/$5. I think I'll love the more aggressive play at that level.

F that. I’ll even go 10-15x IP when iso premiums PF. You’ll still get callers. 2.5-3x is not applicable to live low stakes maybe online. Big pots IP that’s the bread and butter.

Idk if your gonna reply to this but at 7:05 I don’t get why you say it’s a great spot to jam for value. You said if we bluffed, we would bet very very small just 10 seconds before that, and 840 is an overbet when pot is 727. It would be great if you can explain that step a little more. Thanks a lot!

Your videos are extremely usefull and I started to implement what I learnwd. There is one big caveat anyway. These strategies work well against recs, but against good regs you must be more carefull because they are too unbalanced. Just an example: if i know that my oppo cbet range for 50% pot every board i woul make its life hell.

on the first day of every bootcamp we have our students (who are will playing 50+ hours a month and winning at $2/5+) play against the solver. and guess what? the solver always range bets against them.
range bets are hard to play against. and your definition of “good reg” is probably way too liberal.

If you’re doing online tournaments you could def implement what he’s saying to keep someone to the river if they are barreling. If your platform has emotes make sure you use them to get others tilted even more bluff pots with 27 off and then show to get them even more tilted, make sure you get to the flop, staying random also helps, and make sure you win your all ins. Advice from a fish so take it with a grain of salt. I have noticed when people raise me back they generally have the nuts so find the fold button sometimes hard to find. If you do get to final table or close to it. Be ready to play aggressive because there is no time to wait for aks the blinds will eat you up
