Stop complaining about Floor and Tarja. Both are queens and have huge respect from fans.
They singing same song differently and we blessed by this.
Sometimes you want to hear Tarjas version, because it's so dark, cold and powerful.
Sometime you want listen to Floor cause she sing so emotional, so touching, she always gave herself into the song, like it's special for you.
I love them both and I have all songs in two versions.
Hope to see Floor this year, if concert wouldn't cancel.

I took my 18yo nephew with me to Chicago in May 2022 to see Nightwish and his first comment as we were leaving was "Ive never heard anyone sing like that before" and he smiled from ear to ear
This is how you recognize a brilliantly written song. A piece originally written for a metal band AND a full orchestra reduced to just three parts (two vocals, one guitar) and it's still powerful and undeniably beautiful.

all these years i thought the same until i listened it from the floor. I'm a great tarja fan but when floor sings i can understand better the lyrics :p Nevertheless, epic song!
it's insane the level of perfect intonation of Floor's voice
This song takes me to 16 years ago when I was in high school and together with my late cousin were going to the slopes for skiing. This song was playing as we drove through the snow covered mountains of Northern Tehran towards Dizin ski resort. I lived, dreamed and fantasized with Nightwish and they've been my biggest inspiration in music. It's the power of music that can take you back to those adventurous days in a matter of seconds which is sweet and strange at the same time.
Perfect timing for an upload like this, the world could use some positivity from these two talented people, thanks for sharing. :) Beautiful rendition once again.

Floor is one of the "metal goddess", for sure. She's my favorite singer since I saw Nightwish's concert in Wacken 2013. She can sing everything she want, a very complete singer and fit Nightwish perfectly.
I hope Floor stays with Nightwish as long as Nightwish stays around
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, as I've never listened to these guys before. That said, I'm completely blown away by her voice, as it's absolutely fantastic. The guitarist is pretty damn good, too, and I love the classical/medieval flavor he's bringing here.
I warmly recommend to listen to the live version with the whole band. This is their biggest hit song. :)

And this is the very small tip of the Floor Jansen iceberg. She ranges from opera to growls and everything in between. Troy plays guitar, bouzouki, uilleann pipes, various flutes and who knows what else he can play.

They've always had huge Celtic and fantasy influences through their history even on the heavier stuff. Which I didn't think I'd like, but ended up loving. It's so clean and precise like classical while still having the rough edge. Should check her out on Beste Zangers as well. She surprised the heck out of them on Villa Leid hehe and that band's great too.
Last time I listened to Nightwish Nemo had been just release. I'm so glad RUclips suggested me some videos of them and now I'm addicted. This vocalist is freaking amazing!

This song takes me back to the winter of my last year in school. I always listened to those songs in the bus on my way home, often looking at the sun going down. Those songs were magical to me - and still are.

Yeah, Tuomas said there last album will be an accoustic back to the roots. But I hope Emppu will get more space to show his accoustic skills. Dont get me wrong Troy and Marco can also play some good accoustic guitars but Emppus on the Angels Fall First Album and on songs like White Night Fantasy are way better. Dont know why Emppu isnt involved in the promo tour 🤷♂️
Something like that Edema Ruh acoustic version is all I need. Imagine a whole album like that. My ears are watering right now.

So part of the magic with Nightwish is the actual production and everything amazing they do with a song ya know, so I wasn’t prepared to Love this stripped down acoustic version but seriously I’ve yet to hear anything that comes out of floor’s mouth that ISNT MAGICAL 😂😂

I can’t express how I feel about this recording. All the superlatives have been said recently regarding Floor’s voice, performance, gift, technique, etc. etc. Troy is fantastic as well. This performance/recording is my all time favorite of “Nemo”.🥰👏

I wouldn't say she sings it better than Tarja. Floors "Nemo" is lighter, Tarja sings it "darker" but both sing it just perfect.

A little to sing this song but...I don’t think anyone can top Floor in whatever Nightwish song the throw at her... she covers all angles! But some songs were made for tarjas voice and tone... and no matter how good the singer is they never has the extra something. Troy is amazing in this cover though

Todo mundo associa essa música com a voz da Tarja, porque ela é a cantora original, mas se Floor ou Annette tivessem gravado primeiro e depois fossem substituída por Tarja, aposto que todo mundo estaria falando a mesma coisa, só que ao contrário.

They're not living in the same country as Floor lives in Sweden and Troy in England, and the other band members in different cities in Finland so they can't play together during these times sadly
That would be nice. Elton John hosted a stay at home concert here in the States with Alesha Keys, Backstreet Boys and other pop stars I don't really care for. The only one I waited for was Dave Grohl. If Toumas decided to the same and convince other bands to join in it would be epic😁
