      Jarden everything you describe is exactly what I'm currently experiencing. Going on about two months. Random anxiety spikes, and panic attacks. I noticed that tilt head down and up increase these symptoms. Doc gave me Klonopin for anxiety, however I try not to use them unless I absolutely have no choice.

    What I found out with this condition, that people also get hypoglycemia, so there blood sugar might test normal, but it’s not enough for the body. Since prolong stress requires more fuel. So literally had to eat every 2-3 hours

    I really can relate to the perfectionism part. That is exactly why I crashed 7 months ago. Letting go and not being harsh on yourself is key! Not everything has to be perfect, I am only human after all. I am in phase 3/4 now and really seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Jaden for your videos, they helped me a lot getting through this horrible but necessary experience!

    The blood sugar crashes are annoying. Can go for a period of time without any. Thinking finally moved passed that symptom only for them to come back. Thanks for the reminder about whats happening with the cortisol and the blood sugar.

    I am am overly sensitive to carbs and sugar so I avoid them significantly with the exceptions of maybe some rice with a protein source and veggies and apples don’t affect me and I’m not even pre diabetic.
    I have a blood sugar meter and my blood sugar level are always between 80-115 even when I’m feeling like a super sugar high, it’s a scary overwhelming bizarre feeling i have to eat 3 balanced meals of mostly protein , fats and veggies maybe some rice to keep going and if I skip an hour past my next meal time, I start feeling panicky and weird . I never had before and I been like this for 4 years now .

    When you were going through recovery, did you start with panic disorder, and then it gradually got better and better, and then went away, but in the process experienced it everyday 24/7?

    • @j-ski308
      @j-ski308 Год назад +3

      That's what happened with me. Did everything I could to heal my adrenal for over a year changed diet, did yoga, cut the sugar and rice but I would still get panic attacks. Had to take medicine to bring down the symptoms because I had to work. I also couldn't sleep so I had to take something to calm my nervous system down. Medication can only do so much. I still get panic attacks or body trembling if my stress is too high. I starting to wonder if I even have adrenal fatigue because I seem to be stuck in sympathetic dominance.

    • @junglee1402
      @junglee1402 Год назад +1

      @@j-ski308 Yeah same boat. You feel like something is wrong with you, and it's never going to go away. What we know is that the stress response went off, it's just a matter of uncovering what made it go off. For me, the only thing that helped with the panic attacks was taking vitamin d. I had high calcium and parathyroid, so somehow when I took it, it helped bring my calcium and parathyroid back down. Also what helped with the panic attacks, was taking an adrenal blend support supplement with inositol. I don't get panic attacks anymore, but still that heaviness in my chest, and somehow having low blood sugar also triggers them.

    • @j-ski308
      @j-ski308 Год назад

      @@junglee1402 remember that day when I had my first panic attacks. I was already stressed at my job for some time. I think the thing that set off my nervous system is when I see this big tall grown man was flirting with this teenager. This disgusting man had already had relations with another teenager on the job and wasn't fired for it. When I say him flirting with her something in my mind snapped and that's when I had my first panic attacks. I was already stressed for awhile and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. From them on my mind and body have never been the same. I wish I could go back and just call out that day. I just don't know what to do. I hate the fact that my life is totally changed. I wish I took my mental health seriously and got some help along time ago because to be honest I've struggled with general anxiety disorder and depression for years but I had no idea that stress could do this much damage. I held it together for years and thought I was strong but I didn't know that there was a limit to what my mind could handle. I went to the doctor and had test and all they said that it's mental and prescribed me some antidepressants. But what's going on with me seems to be more then mental because my body is effected physically. Everything seems like it's out of whack. I'm going to try to keep bugging these doctors until I find out what's going on with me.

      @@j-ski308 bless you.. I'm sorry you had.to witness the.creepy behaviour. Many people with CPSTD and ptsd suffer A.F. because of repeated long term stress since childhood. Repeated long term triggering of the stress hormones and the Flight Fight response causes an hypervigilant state where the most minute thing can set us off.
      A..F. can also stem from emotional physiological causes and trauma. Yr body remembers. The physical symptoms we see are the manifestation of hurt and wounds in our heart/soul and mind, the unseen realm.
