Can Hytale be played offline and on mobile?

The developers rebuilt the game on a new engine just for cross-platform and smartphone support. As for offline they didn't write anything. They wrote that there will be three modes: Mini-games (this is just the same online). Creative (most likely offline) and Adventure, which can be played in co-op (most likely all also offline).
