Got loan at 10.5% fixed. No prepayment charges after 6 month. Processing fee only 6000.
Catch is- coordinater both with dsa and banker.
Banker will give you the best rate.
Dsa will give his share of commission if your case is good.
I found out the best rate from banker that is 10.5 even though in market rate is 11 and from dsa if asked for a cut in his commission to which he agreed. So basically my processing fees got refunded back
