      I want to try smear method, in which the butter is smeared into 2/3 part of rolled dough, the unsmeared part 1/3 is folded into the mid 1/3, then the remaining smeared part is folded into the mid 1/3
      that would save me 2 layers, labor to make butter sheets, and papers
      All I have to do after that is doing two book folds after that
