Mike is one of the coolest guys, ever. He gave a friend of mine a ride home from the rehearsal space they both rented rooms in. I met him after a show, in Germany, when he came out to the lobby, just to hang out with the fans for a while. So chill, and a positive attitude. His music got me through some very dark shit. He's all about you being who you are, and helping other people get their heads right. And smashing people who abuse other people. He's forever in the top of my "Good People List".

oh yeah the Drunx which spawned a sub group called Wino's..( basically 10 black and 1 white dude who drank all day and hit up walls) Crips, Bloods, White Fence,
2 weak ass gangs Death City Kings (DCK), Kings of Drag(KOD) , North Hollywood Boyz, Westside Criminals,
ST they were one of the first ever cholo punk bands that really was a gang . Then they had a Samoan faction called Samoan Suicidals that were just brutal street fighters. They would just TEAR Up a slam pit. Or mosh pit?
Basically, the Suicidal Tendencies gang was in the same family as Venice 13, Venice White Boys, Venice Jokers, Rimpest, Dogtown Skaters, and other sets.

I have been a huge fan ever since they came, and memorized every song they ever played. I am now 50, and ST is still one of my favorite bands. Ever since I laughed my ass off to "I saw your Mommy" in the mid to late 80's in the back of an old faded 64-1/2 mustang heading from cordes junction arizona to Prescott Valley AZ. I knew I was listening to a kindred spirit with appreciation for shock humor
