I am so pleased you enjoyed using manual mode. Make sure the caramel is completely cold (fridge cold) and so are the cheesecakes so the layers don’t mix. I have also found it looks better to press the crumb down a bit so it’s a flat layer. ENJOY! PS Let me know how they go🥰
