Another nostalgic game played by my dad 11 yrs ago when i was 15..u brought back yet another sweet memories..Thnks Julia! Hope u had a fun time playing this just as much as i did(watching my dad played it)
This game marked my childhood/early teens... It's a great game, used to play a lot online back in the day, brings back good memories.
This has to be my most played game since 2009, I'm glad new gamer's get to enjoy this lovely gem.

Sheva is such a babe. This is one of my personal favorite RE 5 games just because of the story, and gameplay. AND SHEVA

RE Revelation 1 is decent
Hilarious looting competition between Julia and Sheva. Remininded me of people fighting over goods in the sales or at Christmas.
I, for one, found RE5 very enjoyable.
Despite lots of other people having grievances with Sheva Alomar, I thought she was awesome and very helpful in my playthrough several years ago.
Funnily, though I typically prefer mouse and keyboard, I had gotten so used to using an Xbox 360 controller for Resident Evil 4 that I actually found myself going back and forth between mouse & keyboard and the 360 controller, depending on the situation, because the support for PC controls in the game was so good.
PS: I definitely concur with your first impression of Sheva. IMO, easily one of the most beautiful characters of any Resident Evil game.
Imagine working out and training so hard for peak physical strength to fight against BOWs after the horror you experienced in the Spencer mansion only to get called deformed and ugly....

love this game! used to watch my dad and sister play it and found it at the store for cheap and bought it myself and i play with younger siblings, it's so fun to see other people play it :D
1:53:54 Sheva took some handgun ammo, reloaded, and then gave the rest to you! I’m seriously starting to think the AI actually can learn in this game to a degree.
Sheva has a Trust distrust meter if you gain her trust through actions she becomes a better AI.

Resident evil revelations takes place between resident evil 4 & resident evil 5 and resident evil revelations 2 takes place between resident evil 5 & resident evil 6 just in case you didn't know that maybe you will play these some day

This game is amazing. Every aspect about it was masterfully crafted. It was made by the exact same development team that made RE4. It's no wonder that all these years later it's still the best selling RE game in history.

it pained me u missed the key to get the shotgun
Definitely takes a little while to get used to the controls, I kept my Mouse speed up at 7.... 8 was somehow way faster then 7...try and use the A and D more for turning while walking...you can slowly use the mouse though once your used to it ita pretty nice.
Even I get motion sickness from the original game. The reason for this is the really close FOV. On PS4 and Xbox one u can change the FOV settings..whereas on PC u have to download a mod. Wish u knew this before. Motion sickness when playing video games is so terrible...can't believe u pushed through it.

I persevered with this video because this is one of my most favourite games ever and you definitely deserve a like, but flipping heck you make it a hard watch 🤪🤣 Wonderful streamer, entertaining in how you come across, but your gameplay makes me want to scream 🥴🤯😆 Off to find some more Resi 5 🙃
Are there any plans to go back to RE1/RE0/Code Veronica, or are you sticking to the more modern games because the old ones don't use the over-the-shoulder/first-person POV?
I've been saying I'm not going to play them, but I am starting to really want to play at least RE1 sometime soon haha. We'll see!
you should definitely play Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice if you havent.. what an amazing experience, just like LoU2, Ghost of Tsushima and God of War
I went to Africa once, it was exactly like the opening scenes in this game before all the zombie stuff kicks in
First time ever watching her. She is laugh through nose comical
30:54 "controller would be way worse" But you can select "Controller Type A" (Type D is the default control scheme) and use a Bluetooth GameCube controller, remap buttons "A to X" and "B to A" at which point the controls become IDENTICAL to Resident Evil 4, a game everyone loved the controller to when it came out and still to this day.
The majority seems to hate RE5 controls, yet were fine with RE4 controls, but it doesn't actually take too much effort to make them the same...
...then again, I also play RE5 with a Leon and Ashley models/voices instead of Chris and Sheva, imagining them continuing their quest in Africa and putting in some overtime...
So for me this game is essentially RE42

after u finish the game u should play mercenaries mode in re5 its fun
6 isn't as good but is nessecary for story purposes. 7 is pretty good and 8 kicks ass. Basically I'd recommend every single game in the franchise. Beginning to end

Oh and 1 more thing if you had the DLC called Lost In Nightmares and if you watched that first before jumping into the main game then you would know the backstory of Chris and Jill who forever will be my only favorite character in the whole series and the hottest and sexiest 1 Jill that is along with Ada too and then you would understand everything else along the way.

I always thought it was vastly unfair. The chainsaw enemies in RE4 got a cool names like Dr Salvador or the Bella Sisters. In this game the chainsaw wielder is called Chainsaw Majini (Majini is RE5’s ganado).

Just so you know the AI is not bad or terrible like all the others said they just want to be negative and talk bad about it and give it horrible reviews cause they want to ruin it for everybody else for whatever the real reason is I never had a problem or anything bad to say about RE5 or simply because it was a part that they were stuck on a couldn't continue so at that point they were like screw this game and also you have to understand people always got something negative or bad to say about everything and if some people which they were said that Ragnarok was garbage and do not buy it are you gonna listen to them and jump on the hate or dislike wagon 🤔?

As black person it felt so good to play as Sheva and loved the inclusion of Josh. She is definitely such a cool character one of my favorites. She’s badass compassionate and so beautiful too.

This poorly done version of Uroboros has killed me several times. Were you able to beat the game on your first try without any hints?
If you got through it on your first try without any hints, you're great.
But as you probably know by now, you're overlooked the shotgun "Ithaca M37". You're very missing out.
Shotguns are great for fighting tough enemies and fast zombie dogs, so be sure to get them.
