4:00 Poor Drive shaft is just livin his best life in a scrap yard then along comes Mr Gentle Chelsea Denofa 🤣 "This Boys about to have a REALLY BAD DAY"😂
They actually make a kit to replace that u joint so u don't have to do entire shaft and its much stronger than a stock one, the older kit u had to tack weld the caps in but now they have a much better kit available. When i first started working on European cars in 2008 i was shocked the first e90 bimmer i got with bad u joint and saw u had to replace entire shaft. Just stupid to have a non serviceable component like that. Carbon single piece driveshaft is a nice upgrade too but we all cant be baller lol.
Am I the only one, or did the still shot of them opening the garage door seem like it was straight out of a 90's sitcom? I was just waiting for the awesome nostalgia music to start playing 😂
He deserves it! Such a genuine dude and it’s so cool to see him getting on some of the bigger drift channels. Proves he’s got some skill for these guys to jump in and chase him!
love the vids... kinda happy to se a series 1 get sideways since ive been thinking about, itsnsuch a beautiful car why noone makes it a drifter.... whats about the chassis tho that isnt as convenient to drift...?
All BMW’s from e9X on have moved to a rear suspension design that is less than favorable for drifting. The F series cars improved slightly but still not great. You must have a very well planned out and engineered rear subframe moving all suspension pickups AND a custom knuckle AND the best tire to have a very fast car.
@@chelseadenofahow do you feel about FRS/BRZ chassis? Been scheming what my next chassis should be but I’ve seen/heard comments similar to this for e9X and it has me shying away from multi link rear
@9:52 on the topic of mileage in a drift car. It would be cool if you put a data box in a fresh car. One for gps miles and drivetrain miles. I wonder what the actual difference is.
When I was starting out, I would be scared to get back on throttle in case it would spin the car out. But the car actually likes a bit of throttle to push it forward/keep the weight off the front, and will keep you in drift if you stay on it more.
While I agree the issue she is having is the positioning of her car after the transition. It’s too far inside for this particular car and it tightens up the turn making it too small to point the car and fire the throttle off. If you’re talking about the right to left turn 1-2 she needs to cross back over to the right side of the track. Hence why she is “bailing”
@@chelseadenofa Thanks, I see what you’re saying now. If she took the right hander wider, she could transition earlier, and make it easier to get back outside on the left hander as well. Tight track!
I always wonder that. Especially when my retention is so good. I think it’s because I don’t do things for the attention maybe. Like a call to action or ask people to love me haha
Chelsea's new outro: "Thanks for watching. If you're not subbed already the please do so. Don't forget to SMASH that like button, and I'll catch YOU on the flip side. Later Skaters" ✌️🙃 But seriously though, I know that's not your style but some people do need reminders to "like" a video.
Respect to you and your wife Chelsea one hell of a team and one hell of a wheel man keep on keeping on watching from England 🍺🍻💪😎✌️🫡

How do I rise from the ashes unless I fail first....is what I tell myself owning a 25 year old JDM Subaru with 50 in it so far.
I thought you couldn´t trailer cars on drift week? did they change that?

Dude, I'm still stoked on that car! It's just such a lovable piece of garbage, lol.
Yes. You nailed it. The car is nice, it’s just the chassis is meh
7:43 she’s fucking hilarious. Awesome vid 🤙
Are BMW u-joints not replaceable ? I've never had to buy a new drive shaft . But I have had to replace the u-joints multiple times .
They are with the purchase of a new driveshaft that has serviceable joints, but it was time for a new shaft and that’s what we had!
Is that Fielding on this trip? Haven't seen anything from him in a while.
Yes sir

I’d say it’s about 30%
Because when drifting we usually see 55-85% wheel speed ratio. But you’re only drifting half the time
Chelshea just need to get back on throttle sooner after transition and she’s golden

It's ben hobson he's one of the rtr drivers
