Really? I have a 2019 ES 350 I bought brand new in Jan 2019 and the engine bay is slightly different. The air filter sits in about the same spot but my intake crosses at an angle toward the engine and not parallel with the bumper as seen in this video. I also noticed my battery is between the air filter and the fire wall. Weird. I can't even see the battery here...lol. I think maybe you have a 2019 1/2 version where they updated the layout a bit. Interesting. I figured out how to change my filter ok though. ;)
I film using my iPhone 11 Pro Max I also have a little hand-held rig that uses a microphone. Go look at the description of some of my older Lexus videos. I have all my filming equipment in the description. I will edit the description and add links to everything I use on this video in a bit just because of your comment 🙂

This engine bay looks nothing like the one on my 2019 ES 350. Is this a 350H? The air cleaner housing is completely different.
