- This video will show you how to cook oxtail soup. It is a tasty clear broth soup with shiitake mushroom, bok choy, and scallions. I really enjoyed this soup. It was delicious!
Here are the ingredients:
2 ½ lbs. Oxtail
1 Knorr Beef Cube
1 bunch bok choy or pechay
1 cup sliced Shiitake mushroom
1 cup scallions, chopped
2 thumbs ginger, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
3 pieces star anise
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons salt
10 to 12 cups water

6 yrs ago ng pumunta ako dito s ibang bansa di ako marunong mag luto tlaga, kasi sa Pinas lagi lang nanay ko ang nag luluto, so parang pinakabasic lang talaga alam kong lutuin..
Tapos nag crave ako ng Filipino food naghanap ako ng recipe sa RUclips, napapunta ako sa Chanel nyo at nagustuhan ko madaling sundan ang instructions..
at dun ko tina-try ang mga luto nyo gawin.
Hanggang sa natuto ako..

Sa ibang bansa kasi binabalatan ang buntot ng baka. Wala binibenta rito na may balat. Mas malasa nga kung may balat kaya pwede pwede mag luto ng ganito with the skin on mas masarap pa.
