Ba't lagi sinasabi niyo na may sekreto eh wala naman sekreto sa pagluluto. Basta gusto mo matuto at gusto mong gawin walang mahirap. Pare pareho lang naman mga procedure sa pagluluto. Kahit ikaw yung mga niluluto mo galing din sa mga ibang videos na iniiba lang yung mga sahog para lang masabi mo na version mo pero still yung procedure pareho lang 😊

When I went home to Pi , 10 mos ago for a class reunion,I sponsored dinner for my classmates and their🎉families about 50 people mostly from the US . I cooked vegetable kare kare :talong,string beans,pechay and kalabasa/kabiocha(US ) blanched and regular kare kare with meat only..The procedure was like yours and added coconut cream or the last gata to the final sauce and let it boil so it will not spoil . It was so yummy and they demolished 2 trays of the vege kare kare. Every time I cooked it here in the US,the veges are the first and I use beef brisket softened off course for the meat lovers, They don’t like tripe and inner organs as much as possible bec it increases your URIC ACID which your Gout loves!!!! Seasons greetings to you and family! I forgot to add:when I precook my meat I scoop out all the visible fats (artery cloggers).Thanks so much for your tips as well!
Very nicely executed. Next time consider using a pressure cooker to tenderize tough meats a lot quicker. Pressure cooker not only cooks faster, but it also keeps the flavors of the meat from ending up in the water because of the shortened cooking time. Normal boiling leaves most of the flavor in the broth which makes the meat shrink, dry up, and flavorless. Normal boiling is okay if you're trying to make good broth. But then again longer pressure cooking will have the same effect. But an hour in the pressure cooker is equivalent to 4 hours of normal boiling.
Maybe string beans were not available at the time, he is based in the US so sometimes you need to find substitutes if the original ingredients are not easily found.
mama sita is used for coloring, achiote powder. you don’t have to use it but the kare kare stew gets the color from it or else it will look like “poop” from the peanut butter

Why are you not putting banana blossom in your kare kare? I prefer to use mama Sita kare kare mix instead of peanut butter, because it's more cheaper and easy, you'll just add it to the meat and vegetables.

Mama Sita atsuete powder was used. If you want to use whole atsuete seeds, you can use that instead.
