Ya the fender blots up with no mods. You can put a 93 kx250 on the rear too but I sold the bike before I did the mod. I miss that bike. I have a 05 kx250 now but it's had everything you can to do a bike done to it. I will post up a vid of that bike soon
That’s so nice! Used to have an 88 kx500 rebuilt the engine didn’t put to much into the body. Wish I did what you did to yours. These bikes have so much power, never rode anything like it.
@loadthebowl it's a fucking 01 kx500 not a 2016. It wasn't made to be pretty it was made to keep softball size rocks and other shit from crushing the back of your skull. Ask my friend he was behind me and the bike chucked a pretty good sized rock at him and hit bitched about it hurting him for the rest of the day.

warp9 wheels makes radiators now. i'd go with those or the chinese rads on ebay or some fluidyne if they make them for this bike.

Very nice bike, pulled mine out for a few hrs and did some woods riding, they are great machines and not a lot of people try to tame them.

Beautiful KX500 brother. I had a KX420 back in '81. Without a doubt it was Kawasakis worst open class bike. Good power but no handling at all.
