Your dedication to teaching others is such a gift. We can call ourselves quilters, because of what we have learned from you. We are grateful. Thank you and Happy Quilting! 💜
Both of your new quilts are beautiful. It sure is a lot quicker than making a Grandmother's Flower garden. (I have been working on one for over 15 years by hand). You have a great eye for colors and prints. When someone asks me how to get started at making quilts, I always tell them to look up Jordan Fabrics videos. You are a wonderful teacher. Thank you. I love watching and learning from you.
It brightens my day any time I get a notification that Donna posted a new video. It is always a treat and I learn something every time! The fabrics Donna used are so perfect for this quilt! Thank you, Donna!!
Thanks, Donna, you never disappoint. I love those bright colors and especially how you arranged them. I'm sharing this video with my sister. She quilts more than I do. Bet I'll ruin her plans not to "start another quilt this year." lol 😆 😅 ❤
I echo all the compliments that are previously stated, and thank you sincerely for your clear and concise instructions. But I also want to generously compliment the excellent camera work!! It allows the clear view of your stitching, the details of the fabric cutting and placement, and the full scope of Donna's work. Many thanks again!
I just looked at the amount of subscribers you have and can’t believe you are nearly at 700K subscribers! That’s fantastic, I’ve been following you since you just had a couple of thousand. I’m not surprised though as your content is great and I have learnt so much from you. You were the first person I ever heard mention pressing rather than ironing and that made a huge difference to my blocks. Both quilts are lovely and although I prefer the floral colours I like the random placement of the flowers the best.
I love the quilts. Those saturated florals are beautiful. I love the scattered effect of the Christmas version as well which shows you could make it with your scraps! Many thanks for the great video!
What a beautiful quilt. I thought it might look too busy, but it isn’t. Your fabric choices are spot on as usual. It’s much easier to make than I thought it would be. The giveaways are beautiful. I especially love the one done with Kansas Troubles fabrics. Thanks again for a very informative tutorial, and generous giveaway. Best of luck to everyone. Happy quilting!
I so love your videos I've learned to quilt watching you. I just started last September. I've made 34 quilts n table toppers since. Thnx so much you've been an inspiration. I wish you could do new video daily lol it would be great. I've watched them all numerous times
Beautiful results! I choked a bit at the term "partial seam method" as this was a technique that screamed "advance quilters only" back when I was a beginner, but your calm approach erased all of my fears immediately. I haven't worked on a patchwork block quilt lately, but this block💞 inspired me to want to give this one a try. Thanks again, Donna! Your confidence comes through every video giving the rest of us the courage to step out of our comfort zones and try new things!
Love watching your RUclips videos. I've learned a lot from you Donna. Keep making videos. You're an inspiration. Thank you God Bless you and your family
Oh so pretty. I love the one in the Christmas colors. I'd love to win the give away one with the cows & pigs on it. My oldest grandson raised steers for 4-H. Now my other 3 grandson's are raising pigs for 4-H. Thanks Donna for the great videos you share & for being so generous with your give away quilts.
I admit I am envious (in a good way) of all the fabrics and STUFF you have! 😊 you are my favorite RUclips quilter! Thank you for the step by step tutorials that are easy to follow, and thank you for all the hard work you do to make it easy for viewers like me! ❤
Good morning Donna and "all" the Jordan family, the blossoms are beautiful in the Painterly Petals, flower. I would make changes to the centers, making them perhaps a grunge, so that it would still have depth, sorry flower. It is still a stunningly beautiful quilt all the same though and would make a beautiful bouquet of lasting flowers for mothers day or gift for a special little lady's bedroom. You always start my mind turning in what if's, Donna and it doesn't matter which pattern you do, i love the variations that come into my mind because of you, thank you. Sending you crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil, Scotland
Love the fabrics in the new tutorial. The other quilts are beautiful, too. I have some Kansas trouble fabric. I might try a quilt using it. Thanks, again, for a wonderful video. I feel like I should know you by now. ❤
You make the partial sew piecing look so easy. I have always been afraid to try it but not anymore! Thank you for sharing your talent with me and so many others.❤️ I love both quilts! I think I like the random flowers better than the all in a row layout though.
Watching quilting ahows in the 80s and 90s, a partial seam was considered a "very hard" seam and i rarely saw them done. I am seeing people breeze through these seems that would have been an entire episode of one of the old shows. They do look very easy to do so i am glad they are no longer being seen as a super advanced technique
Such a great pattern. Thanks for showing how it's done. I am so glad it can be made with layer cake squares. I have collected floral layer cake squares for charity quilts and this would be a nice pattern for the lap and wheelchair size.
you always amaze me with your talent for taken different patterns and put them together with ease, I would look at some of the designs and panic , but after watching you it eases my mind, I dont think I will ever stop learning after watching your tutorials, there is always something new everytime . thankyou Donna and family
You are the absolute best instructor! I love watching and learning about how these go together! I just purchased my longarm!!!! Thank you and keep them coming!!! ❤your number 1 fan!
This quilt is my absolutely all time favorite of all the quilts you have made--the pattern, the jewel tone colors, the backing, the delicate rose quilt pattern-all of it!!!!!
What a gorgeous quilt! In the Painterly fabrics it looks so summery, the Pine Valley prints also turned out beautiful. Thank you for the great tutorial in partial seams. I needed that and will watch this about a zillion times before I try them on a block. LOL
All of your tutorials are great. You always pick an interesting quilt pattern along with wonderful fabrics that form each treasure. However the fabrics for this project are vibrant with color. The blocks create a garden landscape of beauty. This is absolutely one of my favorites! Thank you.
Thanks for another wonderful tutorial, Donna! I love those painterly fabrics, they’re just stunning. The print you chose for the outer border was just perfect. The little Christmas fabrics version you made is terrific too! ❤
Love all those flower prints on the new fabric you used - what a beautiful finish. I am in the UK and would love to have an American quilt to wrap around myself. Thanks for always coming up with new ideas in your videos 🥰
