I would be incredibly greatful for even just an incomplete parts list. I think I've found the right pumps, but do you have them running on arduino-controlled relays? Can you power all four pumps off of the same 12v power supply? What is the silver metal box?
can you make a parts list please? doesn't have to be linked to exact products; just a basic list at least, and maybe a few specs on some items? for example, i'm assuming there's some sort of weight sensor on the platform so you know when liquid is being dispensed... what type of sensor is it and do you know its weight range?? are you using peristaltic pumps? do you know the brand? stuff like that... we would all be GREATLY appreciative of any info you're able to provide.
Nice, however those pipes will need cleaning to avoid mould and sickness (OHS issue in public bars). Maybe have upside down bottles the glass can push up against, to release a nozzle could be a next project.

Idk if its complete but i saw a esp8266 wifi microcontroller (communicates with the alexa api and sends serial commands to the arduino to start the program). Arduino mega (the main brains), l298 motor driver (drives the motors), 4 pump motors, some tubes, 3d printed parts, code

Because the location of where the drink was first created in the US was named after the House of Bourbon due to how France originally owned/claimed the majority of North America and that's what they named that location. The name was kept the same after being transfered to Spain and again when it was given back to France and again when sold to the US.
