AL-SUS Step Lift it's great idea, specialy for old buildings with no elevator, there are planty of such buildings in my country, many old people live there. Cheaper and simpler than external elevators that we add, and can be used in historic buildings.
I just looked up the features of the MagniSmarTech bed. Funny, my TempurPedic bed that I've had for 2 years does EVERYTHING the MagniSmarTech bed does and, oh! I paid 80% less.
Have you noticed all these people going to the gym are under 60? I would be more impressed if they did that at the age , over 60. I used to go to the gym and do all that when I was 40 as well.
i hope there's enough electricity to feed all these gadgets, even stand-by mode adds up if you have multiple of these gadgets not to mention heating your house with a heatpump and driving an EV, instead of saving energy, we will need more of it

i hate devices that you must operate with your smartphone, i rather have a radio controlled remote, all those apps make your smartphone less secure and vulnerable
My coffee pot has no milk but I don't use milk anyways. Mine cost $24.00 and starts brewing when I say "Alexa, Good Morning". Mr. Coffee machine + Sonoff Mini R2 controller. Alternatively use a Kasa smart Power strip and any appliance to control each of 6 nameable outlets and 2 USB's independently via app, voice or manual switch for each outlet. My Mr. Coffee sends an alert to my watch when it starts brewing if I chose to have it start at a specific time, gently waking me.
@@oldmennewgames if it adjust the bed cause you snore you'll never know. Snoring is a major symptom of sleep apnea and if you do snore you should seek a sleep study. Not to mention the idiots that are not going to see a doctor regularly because their bed told them their heart rate and respiratory rate are fine.
