  • This video I discuss the benefits of going for the fast belly down ankle lock, without the perfect grip vs trying to get an excellent grip but allowing your opponent to grab your collar and defend.

    I was always worried with turning and foot locks learning I can turn that way but not the other or bring the foot over bc reaping
