It's not just Delenn, amazing as she is, the set up is also a big part of it. The end of that episode is a serious emotional rollercoaster. The relief at just barely fighting off the loyalists, then loyalist reinforcements arrive and that relief turns to dread, then the strain in Corwin's voice as he announces 3 more ships are jumping in directly on top of them. Then we see who those three ships are.

The crew is lined up on the side next to the volunteers, "manning the rail", i.e. saluting them, and giving thanks for their help. It's not a very well known, but there's a movie called Act of Valor about a Navy Seals team. About halfway through the movie the team is doing an infiltration and extraction mission of a kidnapped journalist from a drug cartel I think either in Mexico or South America. The extraction goes kinda wrong, some of the team is seriously injured, and they're on the run in a beat up pickup truck heading for the extraction point. They race for a river of some kind and drive the truck right into it. As they're scrambling to get out of the truck as it sinks about 7-8 trucks jam-packed full of cartel members armed to the freaking teeth come screeching up right behind them ready to just blow them away....
Until the Seal team's backup comes roaring in from around the bend in the river in two high-speed combat boats that absolutely UNLOADS it's M134 minigun, M2 50 caliber and M60 machine guns into the cartel with such devastating results the trucks start exploding from the devastating level of gunfire. They easily keep the surviving group of cartel members cowering behind their trucks while the Seal team climbs aboard the boats and extract. It was such an intense and heart-pounding scene it's a shame it didn't make this list, but then this isn't a well-known movie.

#13 the Helicarrier, what some people don't know is that it was hinted at for months in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Also known as "Theta Protocol", they kept mentioning it in the show for weeks. The payoff wasn't realized until the week that Age of Ultron was released in theatres. Theta Protocol was a project created after the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D., when Nick Fury and Director Phil Coulson learned that Helicarrier No. 64, albeit damaged, survived the war and HYDRA's attempt to capture it. The idea was to secretly repair Helicarrier No. 64 so that it could be used in case of a world-threatening emergency. ruclips.net/video/2sc9BCOdtuw/видео.html

I'm very surprised you didn't include the Battle Of Bloody Gulch from Band Of Brothers. I know it's not a movie, strictly speaking, but after seeing a succession of scenes in which E Company soldiers are hurt or killed, and someone's screaming for a medic, it was great. The German tanks rolled in and decimated their left flank. Dog and Fox company fell back, leaving them exposed. A bloodied and slightly dazed Smokey Gordon is setting up his machine gun for another round when suddenly you hear a whistling sound as a shell hits the German lines, then another one. His partner, Alton More goes "Jesus, what was that?" They look to the side and suddenly see a column of Sherman tanks surrounded by infantry making its way towards them. Everyone who was probably thinking they were in a dire situation starts whooping and celebrating, and fighting back with a renewed vigor. I think it was a beautiful scene, a very good example of the cavalry arriving just in time.

One of my favorites that's not listed is from the How To Train Your Dragon TV Series; "Race To The Edge". In the last episode of the series, all the dragons and allies made throughout all the seasons come back to save the King of Dragons, while also protecting Hiccup and his friends. Getting to see all the characters and dragons once again and all of them working together to end a large part of the Dragon Hunting community is such an epic moment.
LOTR and Star Wars are still my favorite series and I also think that Yoda and the Clones coming in to Geonosis in Episode 2 is also a great reinforcements arrive scene. Especially, because few people were expecting it. Beause it's easy to forget, watching it for the first time, that before all the crazy fight scenes and everything, Yoda says he will go to Kamino.
I'm impressed that I have seen 20 of the 25 movies listed here and I agree with all of their placements. Great job! Personally I always get more excited watching someone pull off a "one many army" scene and sacrificing (or staying alive) themeselves to save everyone else. But second thing that makes me excited in movies is the reinforcements, I would love to see a video on 1 Man Armies or 1 Person Saving Others by Sacrificing Themselves or something like that.

End Game had a fun battle, but a highly laughable shit story. 😂
For one, they all should've died when that spaceship carpet-bombed the avengers building that was just defended by a couple of concrete slabs (which afterwards fell on top of all of them).
Ant man was the best character in End game, because at least he had some humor (aside from rocket).
Prefer Infinity war over End game and all other mainstream franchises over the entire mcu (such as tolkien's world, JK's magical world and Star Trek to name some of them). 😅

@@Handlealreadytaken.Trythisone. Infinity War was a better movie than Endgame for the same reason that Empire Strikes Back was better than Star Wars or Return of the Jedi. Putting the good guys into a horrible situation and leaving them there with the villain victorious .... that's a great story.

The minigun sound effects were so amazing in the theater in Black hawk down. Really drove home how powerful they were. The cast was crazy stacked, as mentioned-i recall there being a string of time of me discovering once a year for over 10 straight years that a member of a big film's main protagonist group or antagonist group cast had also been in Black hawk down.
(I also recently met a one-eyed man who had lost his other eye during that conflict as a member of the American adjutant of the 10th mountain-he said the movie was extremely accurate to the actual events....he also still carried mental wounds from the lives he took in a vengeful rage for the life of a man under his command who was killed, but, he clearly understood-without ever being ok with-the fact that he was a soldier in a conflict at the time he became a killer. It was both sad and inspiring to see someone come to live with the truth without making excuses or justification for what he'd done while being a soldier.)

The Luna class USS Titan, captained by Will Riker (voiced by Jonathan Frakes), starts blasting the Pakleds like Danny Devito with a minigun, saving the Ceritos and her crew, all to the dramatic sound of the Star Trek: The Next Generation theme.

The bit with Saving Private Ryan is that similar scenes played out in the Battle Of The Bulge. US forces got pinned down with no support available, as Allied planes couldn't do CAS in the low overcast skies. All they could do is listen to the radio calls, and look for openings in the clouds until they had to land & refuel, to do it all again.
As the cloud cover began to dissipate later in the day, Allied warbirds were swarming through the breaks within minutes. The German advance ground to a halt under the counterattack, buying Allied armor time to advance.

If Optimus Prime's on the list, how about his entrance into the Battle of Autobot City in _Transformers: The Movie?_ The Autobots were getting their asses kicked, and here comes Prime, driving into the fray, knocking Decepticons aside left and right in truck mode. Then, he does the most glorious jumping transformation, blasting more 'Cons from above before landing on his feet and mowing down the rest of them with his rifle. The awe in Kup's voice, when he said, "Prime did it. He turned the tide," was felt by everyone in the audience.
For all its flaws, 2009's _Star Trek_ got a pretty good cavalry charge when the _Enterprise_ dropped out of warp and took out the hailstorm of torpedoes aimed at Spock's ship, which allowed him to ram the _Nerada_ and set off the red matter.

The scenes from the Star Wars and Star Trek franchises with the fleets that are way too big are just terrible. I think Thor should have been very clearly much more powerful than Captain Marvel, Wanda, or any other AVENGER. I mean we're talking about a couple thousand year old Norse God that mass people used to worship and actually some still do. They make Captain Marvel , Strange and Wanda much more powerful than him. Thor's hammer strikes are the 1 thing that the Hulk truly fears in the comics.

He should be but the MSheU doesn't like that. Also Hulk was downpowered so much he didn't need to be in the later films. The real Hulk, Champion Gladiator of Sakaar, would have beaten Thanos to a pulp. In the comics the Hulk was one of the few beings that Thanos feared, as Hulk only got stronger and angrier.
