Hi Elizabeth. Thank you for another great vlog. The girls are wonderful and great Italian teachers, they lead such a fabulous life and have such lovely parents. Loved the boat trip to Amalfi, we have visited for many years, sadly the last 2 years have just been so very busy that we no longer take the trip from Sorrento 😢. Xx
On Monday I took my cat to the vet for a teeth cleaning and have a bad tooth extracted. While I waited at home for the call to pick her up, I realized the house was so empty without her presences.

Beautiful video - love the mini Italian teachers 💕💕 Your feelings of loss for Blackie are valid & you are absolutely allowed to grieve. They are part of the family & it hurts so much when they leave us. Take as long as you need to be sad - it's normal & natural, and to not be grieving would be very unnatural.
Hee hee awake in early morning in California. Sitting with my old dog, she is still here. I understand how hard it is to care for old dogs. I should be asleep but I see a video from Elizabeth so I watch it. Early morning boat excursions are the best, calm seas.
You are very wise, Elizabeth. Losing dear Blacky because his time was up and he had 13 wonderful years with you! Lucky you and lucky Blacky! XX

Och, so sorry to hear about Blacky, it is so heartsore to lose a fur baby who you shared your life with, sending love and healing. Positano is really awesome as is the Amalfi Coast. I did a trip to Italy in 2016 and long to go back - the Amalfi Coast was awesome, next time I visit I will book an Hotel in Positano, didn't see as much as I would have liked to see. Thank you for sharing your vlog, I so enjoy them. Take care and kindest regards to you all. 🥰
Oh, your girls are just so adorable. Love the mini Italian teachers! I think your sharing your feelings about losing blacky were perfectly normal. You don't need any professional help. People who've never had animals may not understand how life changing it is when our beloved pets are no longer with us. It's a huge loss. We all process loss differently.

You are building beautiful memories with the girls. I too have a senior dog. She is 16 and her health is declining. I dread the day but I know it is coming soon. Much love to you and your family. I love seeing the Amalfi coast even though I probably won't ever go there. If I did I would certainly want to go on a boat trip with Blue Star. The only problem would be the abundance of chocolate and Italian food which I like too much haha. You are right Elizabeth, I live in beautiful Scotland and just to look out of my window is all it takes to make me feel happy. That is why your videos are a big treat.

What a beautiful place, obviously some places are more breathtaking than others, but you are right we can always find beauty in our backyard or around the corner.
My family and I have been living in sunny Arizona for 26 years now and I’m still appreciative of its unique landscape and how it has grown beautifully.
Elizabeth, I can imagine people commenting about you seeing a doctor.
Many people have a difficult time expressing in the hard times.
If we can only understand how much healing and beauty comes out of communicating, our pain or vulnerability, there’s always mental, emotional and spiritual growth when we embrace and share our pain, of course, dealing with it with the right people and healthy way.
I love that your girls participate in your videos.

Loved the girls hats . I had 2 labs and they were 15 years old . We had to put one down and 2 monthes later I lost my husband and 2 months after he passed I had to put my other dog down . They are like loosing a part of the family . Beautiful video .

Took me a long, long time to get over the loss & still miss her oh so much 🤗 xx

Your vidoes of Positino and the Amalfi coast make it so tempting to visit. I think the Amalfi Tourist Board (or equivalent) should honour you and Niki Positano because your vlogs must encourage even more tourists than ever to share in the beauty.

I love the Mini Italian Teachers section - very creative. The one thing I have always wanted to do but haven't yet, it take a boat along the Amalfi coastline. Does such a thing exist? I want to avoid the crowds and busy roads so would be looking to start in Salerno or in Sorrento or even start in Naples. Do you know if that is possible? Even doing what you did, stopping off at a few towns then back on the boat or just on the boat purely viewing the coastlines.
Oh.....how I long to visit and take a ride!!!!!

It’s always a jolt when you lose an animal who is such a part of the family. There is no emotion that is wrong. It’s sad but like that say, LIFE must go on, and it does, but they are forever tucked away in our hearts. It’s all part of our life journey. Wishing you all a good season ahead!
