You dont seem to get the props in the Gopro view. I get the props in my Gopro 8 view with a camera tilt of approx 20 camera angle. How do you avoid the props showing in the Gopro view? :) Thank you.

I am running an old QAV210 setup and am liking the looks of a newer quad with digital FPV! Am I right that the ONLY goggles that work with this system are the DJI FPV goggles? They are super expensive...

This string of freestyle quads from iFlight have been amazing. Got the SL5-E and I prefer it over the Hawk Pro. Somehow it's faster and more controllable at the same time. And yes, silky smooth.

Nice! I've been flying a modified Nazgul5 like this for the past 6 months or so and it's been great to fly.
It sounds like they fixed a couple of the issues I had with the frame, laying it out a bit better so it's easier to run the Vista in the back like this. Where they beefed up the arms is exactly where I've snapped all mine, so a bit more carbon there sounds like a good idea. Not sure how I feel about the increase in overall weight, though. It's still not a heavy quad (~600g AUW).
Definitely like the green TPU color scheme over the greys of the previous version.
I have the analogic one because I'm not on digi and to be honest, I really love it. Just the esc, I don't like very much bheli _s but I guess for most of the pilote it will be enough (even not a question of amps capacity, really only a question of bheli 32 vs bheli S especially for freestyle).
My biggest surprise was the motor.... The motors are soooo cool!

If I were to purchase this kit and use 6S batteries for cinematology purposes (not racing around), what type of battery flight time would I be looking at?
I'm brand new to drone flying and am putting together my first drone purchase. Trust me, I'll start slow and grow into it.
I realize I could go with the DJI Mini or the Mavic Air and have 30 minutes of flight time, but I want to get something to serve my cinematology desires as well as for the FPV experience and fun.
Did you change any beta flight setting or did you flight on the setup the drone originally came with?
Did they fix the length of the vtx antenna cable because I noticed on mine that when you raise the rear vtx antenna straight up vertical it pops out of the vtx 😄👎but the quad is cool

Nazgul 5 HD
Not sure why he replied that HD version is better for what you asked... both versions are identical, and they fly identical. Both versions can carry GoPro or any external small factor action camera. The only difference between HD and V2 is that HD is digital video system, and V2 is still analog, but V2 can easily be converted to Digital since new frame allows that (there is more room for Vista). For cinematic flying, any of those two will work amazing, and with proper action cam and good flying, you will get amazing cinematic footage (it depends on how you fly as well). The only question is what you want... your FPV video feed that you see in your Dji digital goggles to be digital (Nazzgul5 HD), so you can see High Definition picture while you fly... or you want your FPV video feed to be analog (Nazgul5 V2) where the picture you see in your analog goggles will look way worse than digital one.
You just mentioned that beginners should fly 4S. On the webshop I have to chosse between 4s and 6s version so i can not purchase the 6s version and fly 4s batterys and switch later on 6s batterys?

Runs both but you get less power with 4s on the 1800kv motors.

Serious, and a lot of trends - smaller, lighter, quieter. Not sure if you'll be able to fly like Justin with any of those rigs and it is late in the season for a spare.

Not sure what's "normal" Nazgul5, but if you have v1 (the old one with gray TPU), then you're stuck with analog. You can't do anything with that frame to make it digital, there is simply not enough room for Vista nor Air Unit. If you have Nazgul5 V2, then you can switch to digital since frame is little different and there is enough room for Vista.

Can you fly the 6S version with a 4s Battery, just to get used to it first?
Yes, you can. You're not going to get as much punch as with 6s, but that's the point. It will make practicing orbiting objects and controlling your quad slowly a lot easier. Once you are ready, you can simply switch to 6s batteries. It's a no brainer to go with 6s quad. You have best of both worlds in one quad. If you go with 4s, then you're stuck with 4s batteries only. The best thing... price for 6s and 4s quad is identical, not a single cent of difference. 6s batteries used to be a lot more expensive, but now, you can buy them for almost the same price as 4s ones.

Nazgul5 HD uses smaller Vista unit.. the 2207 economy motors and esc/fc stack.. 5m arms. Etc.
Titan xl5 uses full size air unit
2208 motors full esc/fc
6mm arms.

The titan xl5 is $100 + more
So you could save some money and have lighter gwad.. with nazgul HD. Just some of the difference.
Kinda new to quads so how far can you get with the frsky xm plus ?
I tested over a mile with a gps quad and XM+. But you fly a few hundred feet up.
6s have more power? I think if you compare a 1700kv 6s Vs 2750kv 4s you will found no difference on power so I think it's more about RPM . more voltage = more efficient but no more power that's depends on the KV
On this days it's easy to regulate rpms via output motor limit. I prefer have extra KV than less. It's hard to find a 7s battery if you end up needing more speed/power. I run 1950kv on 6s racer and 2600kv on 4/5/6s freestyler

not sure if these reviews are honest, he never seems to criticize anything. wouldn't be surprised if there's some under the counter shit going on here, like iflight / whoever is probably paying him to do this or at least they're sending it to him for free?. iflight is known to do shit like tax evade. recently bought 2k worth of gear from iflight and the invoice said it was worth 100$ lol
