- Philippe and his brother Mathieu fly to the Congo to mount the biggest Independence Day fireworks show the country has ever seen.
Yet the client, anxious to impress Congo's president, keeps increasing the size of the show. Surrounded by armed militia and pushed to their limit, Philippe and Mathieu struggle with an inexperienced crew and brush fires as they race against time to meet almost impossible expectations.
great show with good humor loved it. I love the fact that the boss man didn't care that the village was on fire he just wanted to keep seeing more firework going up

Cheef10 Mmmm, from what I see, Congo does not give a shit about any safety type stuff. Dry grass and no extinguishers was kinda the least of the infractions. Seems like the guys did what they had to do....."When in Rome....."

It bugs me that the narrator always call them bombs instead of shells. Be professional come on.
Davis Vanderslice That was bugging me, too. But I think it's got something to do with where they're from. Most of those people were from the French culture. So they may call them bombs.
Davis Vanderslice it bugs me to that they are talking about sending up a pile of 4 inch salutes and the danger if one goes off in the tube and starts a chain reaction and then it shows the one guy cutting quick match on a shell using scissors.....use anvil cutters!! (Non sparking cutters) I know the odds r slim that scissors will make a tiny spark while cutting the quick match but y risk it?

they honestly seem extremely badly prepared, they even talked about the possibility of a fire yet didn't do anything to prevent it like having firefighters nearby, or fire extinguishers
