This game in veteran, which I have finished, is a complete fucking nightmare, it seems like the enemy have more grandes than ammo, everybody has aimbot, don't even try to peek your head around the corner because you are about to get devastaded, if you make it far enough in the mission you start praying for checkpoints, and sometimes even the checkpoints fuck you over because they save in the middle of the shitstorm, so all the sudden when you reappear you have to throw 5 different granades and jump into a a piece of cover that you know it's okay, because you already tried the same section in 10 different occasions... I finished bloodborne and even that gane wasn't so much of a fucking hassle, this call of duty in veteran, makes all the other call of duty look like child's play, But I love this call of duty, and I hate what the hackers have done to it.
This is by far the hardest Call of Duty on Veteran, it honestly ruined playing CoD on veteran due to PTSD from this game. Though CoD 2 and 3 are both insane on veteran, this game takes that 9/10 and cranks it to 12/10 on difficulty and frustration. It's like every other dude might as well have a WarMachine with played seeking grenades.

1:15 Zanny, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that on veteran, they throw more grenades than were ever made during the entirety of WWII. At the second to last mission, I got an insanely bad checkpoint that put me in the middle of 5 grenades. They all landed at the same time. I couldn't escape.
Pretty sure I read somewhere that on the hardest difficulty the game just spawns grenades at your feet if you take too long, something along those lines anyway. So basically you're on a timer.

The grenade spam was bad, but I'd say that the Type 99s were more painful. I probably died more to them than grenades on Veteran.
CoD 2 also had grenade spam. But it's worse because you can't throw them back.

hardened is ez for most of the game, then theres the random times when the only cover you have is a random barrel
And then there is that mission in estate in MW2 where you have no cover, getting shot in all directions. The only way to survive is through RNG.
