I was on the optifast diet.. some mornings I just wanted something hot and it sucked! So I started microwaving my chocolate shake for breaky for a few seconds and it was just like having a hot chocolate 😜

Tiannen Brendan is just dieting to support me. and yes they are pizza boxes. I said I had a massive binge that weekend. that is the evidence haha
aw im glad! its always the worst when youre trying to be healthy and everyone around you is eating whatever they want
