I noticed you guys didn’t coat the wall studs or put any gusset in for lateral movement, What do you do to prevent galvanic corrosion when you apply raw aluminum to the uncoated steel?

I’m going to convert an enclosed 6x12 cargo trailer into an RV. The manufacturer uses 080 polycor skin… what’s your opinion of it?

This does have Polycore and YES 100% on the polycore choice. It's a superior skin.

I notice the trailer is compartmentalized. Not sure why the customer would want a door to separate the kitchen and work space but the doors limit the functionality flow. You cant sit without someone having to get up to allow the door to open. Also no AC in the office if the doors are closed. Could have put a skylight/vent in the office for extra light and airflow if needed. Ever been in the desert? The bedroom bunk beds could have monopolized with some storage. Also it isn't functional with no way to climb up on the bed. I do want to point out I love the workmanship. I'm sure they didn't actually know what they ordered but that is where the experts guide them to what works.

I came out of way from pa to savanna ga to come to your trailer place to help me make a plan on buying a porch bbq trailer sales men was nice but I wanted to sit down and see if I equipped it or you didn’t happen a little disappointed know closer than I was before I came you say if you can dream it you can build it I don’t know about that your ututube videos are misleading

Thank you for replying back I didn’t sit with anyone he just showed me a trailer that’s water under the bridge I called when I got home and talk to Branden he was very helpful took all my inphone and sent me pictures of some trailer was very happy. Still getting a business plan together and then iam calling an ordering a trailer thank you for you response back
