    Thank you Patrick for this beautiful video. I am using it every night because I have insomnia. It helps so much. It’s amazing how you know all the problems people have due to irregular breathing like anxiety, sleep apnea, panic disorder, overthinking. I just love you. ❤

    Just got off of break. Heading onto term 3. And WOW my body cannot fall asleep at 8 Pm anymore. 2nd night in a row imma watch this video for sleep. Thanks so much

    Hi Patrick. On the exhale, it feels like an effort for me. Slowing it down makes it feel a bit more laboured. How do I improve this?
    And is there a slight pause at the end of the exhale?

      Hi @YokohamaYokoso
      Your exhale should be as relaxed as possible. Are you able to just allow the natural contraction of your breathing muscles to exhale?
      Try not to force anything. After you inhale, the air will naturally start to leave your body as the breathing muscles and diaphragm contract.
      And yes, there is a slight pause at the end of the exhale.
