I feel your pain. I have lost more than my share of people in the last couple of years. The most recent was my uncle who I didn't even know had been sick for 6 months. I feel so thankful that he got one more wind of energy and I was able to spend a day with him before he transitioned. It makes a difference when you can say goodbye. I'm sorry for you all's loss. So sorry for your loss. On the other hand, I've tried like 3 different forms of birth control and nuva ring was my favorite. Talk to a gyno about options, but usually you only spot if you get the short or implant or you are trying to skip your period. It may takes a full cycle for your body to adjust too. My skin was breaking out and I had mood swings for the first cycle...but after that I was fully covered lol

Birth control was the best thing that has ever happened to me! When I say it regularizes my period, I mean it and it never misses a beat! I take contraceptive pills for 21 days with a 7 day break in between cycles and my period ALWAYSS comes during that 7 day window. It makes it so much easier to plan around my period because I stay knowing when to expect it. I'd say, don't knock it until you try it. Everybody else's experience is not yours, just get a doctor's opinion first. By the way, I'm so sorry for your loss 😔

My skin was breaking out and I had mood swings for the first cycle...but after that I was fully covered lol

Birth control was the best thing that has ever happened to me! When I say it regularizes my period, I mean it and it never misses a beat! I take contraceptive pills for 21 days with a 7 day break in between cycles and my period ALWAYSS comes during that 7 day window. It makes it so much easier to plan around my period because I stay knowing when to expect it.
I'd say, don't knock it until you try it. Everybody else's experience is not yours, just get a doctor's opinion first.
