    Indeeeeeed!! it's the crispiest gobi Manchurian ever.. I had been making Chinese since last few years but frying gobi your way has given me the best result.. these fritters remained crispy even after 7 hrs!!!!!(I added then to sauce as and when I had to serve people) and in every crispy bite of gobi Manchurian my husband went crazy.. thanks a lot for sharing this recipe and the tricks!!

    Left my daughter crying as it was so delicious! LOL She loves only a few Indian dishes and this one is one of her favorite. Turned out so good. Of course I am getting all the credit ;)

    Had made a cauliflower recipe in oven before with hot sauce and butter.
    I enjoyed yours also. Delicious! I subbed the Sambal, Hoisin, Schezwan Sauces for barbecue, garlic and vinegar, and Sriracha, wasn't bad. Played by ear.

    You seem to use a lot of corn starch in all crispsy fried sturff.I enjoyed the noise you demonstrate to show how crisp they are.what is the difference between corn starch and corn powder.In the second method another advantage is that you can bring the sauce and gobi together just before serving and hence will stay crisp.Well done Bharat
