This is the only time my family ate soo late! I tried this gobi Manchurian recipe and it came out ok not toooo good or toooo bad But the worst thing is that it took me legid 4 hours to cook it I started at 8 and had to cook for my entire family so we ate at 12:15, my parents and grandparents were soo sleepy. This recipe is good but takes a lot of time!

Recipe link you provided is kinda different than what is in the video. 1. When do we use the vinegar? 2. Is this corn flour or corn starch? 3. 1/2 maida and 1/2 corn flour won’t mix so well with only 1/2 cup of water. Might need 1 or more cups of water.
