That would make sense because that weapon doesn’t really look like it’s designed for a normal creature’s hands. Plus, there were cut shielded Hunters so it would’ve worked out. It’s crazy just how much stuff Bungie had planned for Halo 2. It’s so bizarre how they spent a good chunk of development working on the e3 demo that they KNEW would immediately have to be scrapped because the engine and geometry simply would not work on the current hardware. Same goes for making Halo 2 play like a tactical cover shooter (basically what ODST should’ve been) before switching back to something that better resembled CE (that would definitely explain why enemies use cover far more, will get stuck firing at your last known position, don’t move as much as CE, and why you’re so weak). Bungie does the weirdest things during development. Did you see the news about Digsite? That’s going to be awesome! It will be cool to see what kinds of cool things the community makes using the cut content as a base.

This is unrelated, but do you think that you’d ever add weapons from Half-Life to any mods you make? I think the more experimental/high tech guns from HL2’s Beta and HL1/Expansions would work well in Halo since they’re unique.
I think that is for flood since its a flamethrower like in halo 3 but since they replaced it with a beam its like a Sentinel beam

Maybe if you could change up their armor color to like a darkish red color it would fit perfectly with they custom disintegrator weapon :D

I probably wont because I have never been interested in Half-life. Im starting to get into custom 3D modeling a little bit though.

I just never play them much. I grew up on Halo 2 and like every thing about it better compared to other Halos 💫
